Well, they won't develop a new Darksiders then. It would highly doubt it, even in the future. Crytek is to dedicated to graphical advancements and first person shooters.

Seeing as Platinum Games (creators of Bayonetta) were looking into buying the Darksiders IP it is very unlikely.
The IP belongs to THQ, not Vigil, Vigil are just the creators.
But time will tell.
