Um i am building a new computer and i want to use a i7 but since the recall i don't know whats going on are they fixed yet?
They're fixed. Next time ask quick questions in the quick question thread. The boards that are fixed are called Rev 3 or B3 I believe. - the others will still have the problems.
already fixed, just make sure the board you get is B3

Most places are allowing replacements and RMA's. Usually they replace it on the spot.
