Recently (Around 2-3 Months ago) I've been experiencing problems with Steam.
As before, i said that i have limited HD space, so it must be used fairly and with TLC. Although, i deleted two completely unnecessary games (in my opinion) for HD space. I deleted it through steam. After i quit which ever game i'm playing (gmod) these two games reappear in my library section under "download pause", which through settings i've chosen, it won't instant download to any un-downloaded game, nor did I even try to download both of them. So, every time i delete them now through steam, and even steam folder, dumping all the files, it's still appears. IF ANYONE can help me out, i will be much obliged.
Gmod runs on HL2:LC and Portal. It's a mod.
Yeah you should remove them from the gmod mounts.

I believe they aren't full maxed to run gmod. Beside, i have CS:S, CS, HL, HL2, HL2:EP1 and 2. So I don't think i need LC and Portal to run gmod or mods.

I did that, and still time time, they manage to check themselves.
