Is there a reason my forum account has so many privacy blocks? I first noticed this when I tried to go to someone's forum account page and "view posts," and it said it was restricted to my user group. So I went to "view posts" on my own page, and I get the same thing. My forum account is old and I checked the emails to make sure it is fully activate.
tl;dr Is my forum account suppose to be extremely restricted? Is that the norm. on FP? Or do I have account issues?
I find it a bit odd if this is an intended feature.

There's only blue and gold. You are blue. Gold members usually have 'Gold Member' under their name.
gold members have a "golden" name, blue members have a blue one
gold members can use the search, have bigger avatars (80x80, 104.2KB), they get access to 4 gold exclusive forums

Well judging by the high ban rate on FP, there is almost no chance of me paying for Gold. Now I can be a pleb IRL and on the Internet! :D
if you get banned, you can't create a new account on the same ip-address

It's pretty easy to keep yourself ban-free. Just ask yourself before every post "will this get me banned?" If you have to think for even a second, don't post it.
