When was the last time an AAA game had a demo?
When was the last time an AAA game had a demo?
didn't Doom 4 have a demo?
Wish it was actually available in my country, I really want to play it.
didn't Doom 4 have a demo?
So did Dishonored 2 and Prey. It seems like Bethesda-published games are among the only ones that receive demos nowadays (though I'm kinda surprised The Evil Within 2 hasn't gotten one yet).
Of note, this is only the first level where you are SPOILERS FOR THE FIRST LEVEL [sp]stuck in the wheelchair. It does, however, give insight into BJ's character.[/sp] It really makes me want to play the full game.
Played the demo just now and it convinced me to buy the full game idk why I was hesitant to buy it though, I fucking loved TNO
When was the last time an AAA game had a demo?
Nier Automata Although that was only on PS4
Resident Evil 7 also had a demo prior to release in the form of a separate prologue.
When was the last time an AAA game had a demo?
Forza 7 had a demo, so did horizon 3, probably the games before that too. NFS 2015 had one, as well technically every single DICE game has a demo, since that's technically what their "betas" are. Destiny 2 as well had a demo going by the same logic.
Real glad this happened with the game being $25 on consoles and $30 on pc. Tried it on pc and it's a struggle to keep it at 60fps on my trash laptop, which is why I wish everyone (both indie and AAA) did more pc demos. Again trash laptop, I rather it not look like I'm trying to abuse the refund system.
Really glad this got a demo. I've been wanting the game as the previous one was awesome, but i don't quite meet the minimum requirements for it. The demo ran at a reasonable frame rate on medium settings (didn't try higher yet) so i'll be getting it now i know i can at least run it.
I was only getting hitches when I swapped from gameplay to in-game cutscenes, but then again I was playing on maxed.
