Well I guess someone doesn't proofread his articles, Natural Selection 1 has been mentioned twice. See page 2 and page 4.
The list is okay though.
They have total conversions mixed in with SkyUI and DSFix (debatable on that one I suppose), along with no mention of Counter Strike (Apart from Xtreme) even though they mention Team Fortress.
Not to mention like the 10 Minecraft mods (Not saying they're terrible but I don't think most of them deserve a spot on a top 100 mod list).

Iirc, Garry's mod isn't a mod, it's a way of life.
Brutal Doom is the only Doom mod on the list.

i feel like not a lot of thought went into this list. Like it seems they just took the most well known mods that people still like and put it up here, there were only a couple of ones I've never heard of.
but maybe I'm just being a cynic.
