It seems alright, but not as good as Titan mode. That voice acting didn't seem overly good either, and i don't like that the hovercraft is another 2 person vehicle.

premium is $50 or cheaper

Yeah, it's a lot better than at launch. As for $60 Premium, I got that discounted through Green Man Gaming since it gave me ~$12 store credit for pre-purchasing BF4.
(also buying games through Origin seems to be better now; it looks like I can pay in Canadian dollars, with the only tax being a "digital tax", though you'd think an all-digital purchase at a regular $60 price would cover that...)
