Help finding notes (source: courage the cowardly dog; KING RaaAAAAaaMMMSSSEEEEEEESS)

I'm trying to replicate (only the piano parts) of this song on my piano.(ignore all the yelling and lyrics)

All I need help with is finding out [U][B]what the hell is happening at 0:22 - 0:24?[/B][/U]

@0:19-0:21 the notes are (i think)

It's the same chords as before (E sus4 -> E min), however, there's a distortion effect added to the piano to make it seem like there's some hang-over.

Well I hear that but I think there's something that happens right before the E sus4, it happens during the 22 second mark and ends on the 23 second mark. Unless this was the part you were talking about.

That's the part I meant; it sounds like the pedal is just being held down as chords are being played leading back up to the next vocal line. I'm personally not hearing any chordal difference.

Got 1 more question, can you or anyone tell me what is playing at the 30 second mark? Its sounds like its repeating the the pattern of the 22 second mark but with slightly different notes.
