MSN custom emotions- resized. Help.

Well, I'd like to add this one to my custom MSN smileys/emotions/whatever it's called.

When I do, it turns out like |--| <- that small .. I want it like.. Well fine I'll give an example.

The fish on the top is the one i want in about the same size as the fish underneath (ofc)
