Windows Explorer problem

I don't know how that happened but every time a program needs explorer.exe (setups and shit) I get either this :

Easiest way is to put in your windows disk while the OS is running and press "Upgrade", this will replace all your windows files, but keep all your programs and settings.

I believe some windows files are damaged.

well that log file has 73229 lines sooo let's see if I can still find it.
