Information
Honey the Cat was a scrapped character from Sonic the Fighters, then became playable in the HD release. Her design was based on the Honey from Fighting Vipers. She was (unofficially) introduced when a game dev added Sonic and Tails into the latter game as a prank and Yuji Naka not only caught him, but liked the idea as well. Because of time restrictions, Honey was cut from the former game's release. Hackers manage to discover her and shared how to play as the niche feline with others.
As of now, there's only a handful of fans that knows her.

From EDF2 there is the Ranger and the Pale Wing
From EDF3 there is the Ranger and from EDF3 portable the Pale Wing.
Then from the new EDF 4 there is the Fencer, Air Raider Wing Diver, Ranger.

It's the Pointman from F.E.A.R., My second most favorite character in a video game
Basically he's a super badass with no name or personality and no fear with reflexes so fast time is super slow for him while he's fighting, who is then assigned as First Encounter Assault Recon's pointman
Then after Armacham's project of a battalion of clones controlled (telepathically) by paxton fettel goes bonkers he has to hunt him down
I googled "PC Explodes" and compiled a solution in VS.
I saw a thread saying Glod members get double size avatars so I was all like "Oh dude!" and made this.
Just dug through Google for pics and fonts then animated it.

Like, 8 or 9 years ago we had received a new web cam. My cat came over to see what the fuss was about. We had the interface open when she came over to look and snagged the picture. The cat is still with us for the record.
Well, the top half is the same avatar I use everywhere else, only colored red to match Facepunch's color scheme. It's supposed to be me. I am actually a floating, disembodied head.
The bottom half I change occasionally, whenever I feel like it. It's always a looping GIF. Right now, the source is a recent episode of Steven Universe.
I came up with the dual-avatar thing because I wanted to be able to use the same avatar everywhere, but I also missed being able to change it whenever I felt like it. So I compromised.
