I don't mean like an Album that has that one song you like, I mean like an Album you would tottaly buy for at least 75% of the songs on it. I have a few favorites, but this is the one I'll post for the op. Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, New Generation or Classic 1978 album, doesn't matter, they're both awesome.

By far my favourite album, a constant barrage of thrashy prog metal with a beautifully cheesy flair for the bombastic and theatrical. Other favourites include - Rage Against the Machine - The Battle of Los Angeles, Daft Punk - Discovery, Tesseract - Altered State, The Avalanches - Since I Left You

My favorite album of all time, keep in mind it was written 20 yeas ago, released 2 years after. It took me months to listen to the whole album in one sitting, even longer to get around to actually appreciate what I was hearing, and years to feel like I had actually heard everything in it. These days as I learn more theory and my taste in music becomes even more expansive my love for this album grows even larger and I am beginning to understand just what went into this album.
Gorguts – producer Luc Lemay – guitar, artistic direction, vocals, viola, artwork Steeve Hurdle – guitar, vocals, concept idealisation, artistic direction, songs and album title Steve Cloutier – bass guitar Patrick Robert – drums Pierre Rémillard – producer, engineer Sylvain Brisebois – master Joel Beaupré – photography
RIP Steeve Hurdle (guitar, vocals, and the big man on the cover art) I'd also like to give a shout out to one of the most criminally underrated bands ever, Maudlin of the Well. So in particular is probably my favorite.
Ben Folds Five - Whatever and Ever Amen Ben Folds / Nick Hornby - Lonely Avenue The Protomen- Act II: The Father of Death I find myself listening to these albums quite frequently and I still love the fuck out of them even years after finding them. Solid favorites for me
