Well that came as a surprise. Hopefully that can be changed in an .ini file.
I mean, if they really want to make this a retro throwback, why limit the resolutions to 1080p? Keep us at 4:3 1024x768!
Reviews seem quite mixed, I really do hope the devs can push out some patches to fix some of the major issues.

Small update. I can confirm the game runs at 1440p and at 144hz

As a side note, I see more and more games with resolutions between 1080p/1440p/2160p etc
they don't even NEED to do this but they do, and it lets people select a perfect resolution, just kinda, select exactly what works
never really see 900p in games that don't do this
