So I just went to the store and left my computer on. Come back to it asleep, and try to get out of sleep mode. Notice that it wont start back up and turn it off. Now I'm trying to start it back up and the motherboard wont power. Anything not plugged into the motherboard works fine, like CD drive and some fans. I pressed power button on motherboard and it starts the computer but still not full power to anything on the motherboard.
Its done this before, but pressing the button on the motherboard would start it.
I haven't touched any of the components in the computer for months and haven't changed much. Not sure what the problem could be.
Thanks for any help.
Try to unplug the power cord from the PSU and hold the power button for 20ish seconds. The capacitors on the motherboard could have become overcharged, which can lead to symptoms like this.

Also so your CPU fan and GPU fan do not move?

That didn't seem to be the problem. But the CPU and GPU fans do not start either.
First port of call should be double checking that all the cables are plugged in properly.
It's possible that the PSU has gone wonky, if nothing other than peripherals have power. If you don't have a multi-meter to test the readings your best bet would be to try it in another system, or try a spare in place of your current PSU to see if it boots.
I got it to power up today, not sure what the actual fix was. I left it unplugged all night and powered on after class, but I also unplugged my speakers, which had the volume turned up quite a bit. Thanks for the help anyways!
Either your motherboard or your power supply is about to die
