Hi, i actually got an XFX nforce 680i lt with a core 2 quad Q6700.
But i was wondering if this mobo

No, performance would probably be the same.
Q6700 is faster, not much but it is faster.
Yes it should be faster, but the Athlon has a higher frequency. However, higher frequency does not always translate to better performance. I would overclock your Q6700 by the way OP.

Core 1 and 2 is 50 degree, 3 and 4 is 45 degree.
As long as it doesn't go above 75 on load you are fine.

Thats about average. Just keep an eye on it though.
