I want to buy an Android from Net-10 but I don't no if you require a monthly plan to have it.
The monthly plan the Net-10 has is 50$ unlimited, but I wanna use minutes the ones you add.

You could just post in the Android thread. It's quite active, so I'm sure people could have their questions answered there. As for your question, I don't understand what you mean. Why would you want a plan that is minute-based rather than unlimited. Is it because 50$ is too much?
