On my computer, I have to use task manaer to end the hl2.exe process, but now, task manager dosent work. I've tried using taskkill in cmd, and it says the task was sucessful in terminating, but when I check steam, it thinks I'm still ingame. Anybody have a kill command or whatever that'll work?

I can't because it thinks I'm still in game. But do you mean in cmd? I'll have to look into that.
Restart your fucking computer. You'd think you'd do that first.
allow me to rephrase what I'm trying to ask: Can anyone tell if there is a way to end the hl2.exe with the cmd. The reason why being that one, task manager isn't working for some reason, and two, the regular taskkill command says it worked, but steam still thinks I am in game. I am asking SPECIFICALLY for a cmd code that will work.
