Boku Hero s3 new LOTGH Gundam Build Drivers Losterage WIXOSS 7 Deadly sins (carry-over) Tokyo Ghoul:re FLCL Progressive Hoozuki no Reitetsu s3 Steins:Gate 0 SAO Alternative A lot of on my plate this season. Completely feel blindslided since I usually watch like ~6 a season.
I really can't be arsed to keep up with seasonals, but I'll probably watch BNHA S3, Golden Kamuy, and Persona 5 fairly soon after they've finished. Need to rewatch the orignal FLCL before Progressive (haven't seen it since it aired on Toonami when I was a kid), and while the new Ashita no Joe thing looks interesting I'd rather watch the original for the first time. (Ditto on LotGH.) Maybe I'll give Tokyo Ghoul:re a shot if it creates enough of a shitstorm.
Picked up Megalo Box on whim, mostly cause I know I probably wouldn't hear the end of it from a friend that's suggested it to me. It's not bad, pretty good. Been forever since I've last watched an anime with a gritty style but of what I've seen so far, they've just been lukewarm. Magical Girl Ore is fine, Umamusume is fucking dumb but it's fine, Comic Girls is... fine, though ugh I'm still not over Yuru Camp tbh, I'm not expecting much this season even though Spring seasons in the past for me has been the strongest, so all I'm really looking forward to nutting consistently every week is Persona 5, Macadamia, and S;G 0 (probably). Optimistic Megalo Box might be part of that list as well
Jesus fucking Christ do not do not do not watch Mahou Shoujo Site it was by far the worst anime I've seen all year and there's already been some hot trash. I hate it, everything about it was the worst and I want it to go away.
Now I have no choice but to watch it
no, stop, i'm not joking.
Hahahahahah holy shit this is the most clumsy, tryhard attempt at trying to make my feel bad for this girl This is Fairly Oddparents levels of the 'uncaring adult' trope except done with completely straight face
With the premised described, I'm honestly not that surprised
a new episode of high school dxd came out
Watch Love is Hard for Otaku for a romance anime where they get together in episode 1 and not the last 30 seconds
Invisible Victory is shaping up pretty well, I had some concerns from the preview but I genuinely like the art direction now that I've seen ep1
Hisone to Maso-tan feels absolutely magical with its animation and artstyle and its premise is fascinating to say the least, too bad Netflix has it so it won't come out in the west for like a year god bless Asenshi
just finished watching the second episode and it's totally not my style, the father dying scene was outrageous and all the inspector & co. bravado felt out of place By minute 13 I was dragging the mouse around the Edit information button to drop it, slogged through the other half hoping it got better (it didn't). Not even the great OST salvages it for me. Guess it just wasn't my cup of tea!
on the other hand I liked new game but couldn't stand comic girls, only watched one ep though
Gundam Build Divers and Uma Musume. Started watching the latter because of Goldship's youtube videos so it kinda sucks to see she's a background character. I'll pick up S;G0 and the new FMP when I feel like it probably.
here my list watching in spring 2018 Darling in the FranXX Shokugeki no Souma: San no Sara – Toutsuki Ressha-hen High School DxD Hero Grancrest Senki
ecchi ecchier ecchiest and fire emblem
nah jk, OST kept me in and story is manageable, I picked it back up the next week. An excerpt of the latest /a/ thread that I liked (linking 'cause I don't know how to spoil images) https://i.imgur.com/3YfdMKv.png
