About how long does that take? I'm 40-something episodes into it, and it still feels largely cookie-cutter to me. Having watched both this and Yu Yu Hakusho, I kinda feel like Togashi's style is to throw a fuckton of spaghetti all over the walls and see what sticks.
But not as simple as that. It's more like he's boiling 12 different pots of pasta on 3 different stoves, some spaghetti, some tortellini, some penne, some ramen, just all kinds of shit. And he's grabbing shit out of these pots with his bare hands, flinging it in every direction, trying to throw it against the walls, but also hitting the ceiling and spilling things on the floor and tossing things into the next room, and he's trying to see what sticks, but also trying to keep pots from boiling over, and he gets so distracted, sometimes he doesn't even notice one thing that stuck because he was so focused on another, and he's making an absolute mess, but it's still fun to watch, even if the fun seems to be emerging by accident.
And when it gets too difficult, he just unplugs all the stoves and throws a Fighting Tournament Arc at you.
the best parts are the york shin arc (39-58) and the chimera ant arc (76-136)
especially the latter, though it's a lot slower paced but the writing is great

Detective Conan. I plan to watch all of it, I'm on episode ~50. It's formulaic as hell but I'm not getting bored yet. It's magic.
I don't use any but as I was looking around I saw they have a dev build so installed that and everything works now. Stable build reinstall may have worked too.

so i watched school days and I asked: what the fuck i'm watching.
it goes from a nice and composed male mc to the dude that fucks the whole school cheats on his 4 girlfriend to making two of them fucking psychotic that in the anime one of the girls kills the dude, while in the manga the girl kill the other girl. I am guessing the sex scenes are in the visual novel.
