I just got home after seeing Deafheaven, and I gotta say it was a pretty great concert experience. A lot better than their studio renditions.

DIIV were opening for them and they were okay. Some random dude in the bathroom ask me if I wanted to suck DIIV's dick and said, "Yeah, that's a tough question"
im getting pretty sick of foobar tbh.. it just feels far too barebones a player.

MusicBee is still the best program.
I like K-Pop

I’m sorry
Oxnard from Anderson Paak is pretty great, but not nearly on par with my (admittedly ridiculous) expectations due to how amazing Bubblin and Tints were
"Music Inspired by Illumination & Dr. Seuss' The Grinch" from Tyler the Creator is also pretty great, especially "Lights On"

You use it to listen to music though, not look at it. Maybe I'm just out of touch, but why does it need to be fancy? It uses 42 mb of RAM right now (with the Last.FM scrobbler installed), it supports almost every file type, and its hella easy to navigate.
musicbee uses 26mb of ram, has scrobbling built in, supports every filetype, is hella easy to navigate, and it looks pretty on top of it all

Guess I'm a cave dwelling troglodyte, because I ain't never heard no one talking about it until now. I'll have to check it out and see if I like it.
but a lot of what i listen to is albums, hence look at, and song titles which i need to see and read.
i'd rather have something that is a joy to use than just a mechanical tool that does a job. that's just my preference.
in the future I want a bespoke device only meant for music and I want it to be a pleasure to use. Foobar for me is just a nerdy tool rather than a bespoke player.
what in the meth is going on here?

Going off the description box, it seems that it's actually just a bunch of professional dancers wearing (ridiculously well done) special effects makeup? That would explain why the girl at 2:46 is unironically kickass in particular

Been waiting on the official release of this ever since the leak a few weeks back. Soooo good

Also, Earl Sweatshirt's new album, "Some Rap Songs", seems to probably be coming out at the end of November from what I'm reading, and he released another single:

@Ashtiel that album came out a while ago, their latest one has a female singer so I think you'd like it

I love Cult of Luna, and this album is also absolutely incredible.

I don't remember the last time TBS had a good song. Their last album was awful and the one before had maybe two OK songs. This one sounds much better.
hi
I made a really general topsters of albums I like from a few different genres.

anyone got any reccommendations? tried to make it as basic as possible so it's likely I've explored a lot of the artists work on here or other blatantly similar artists.
you heard sort/lave by richard devine?
haven't, thanks. if you've got any more just fire away, can't have too much to listen to.
solo project by the daughter frontwoman out friday.

this post is fuckin confusing when you misread "daughter" as "daughters" because you have the ywgwyw artwork as your background
Disco Inferno's D.I. Go Pop?
Bark Psychosis's Hex?
Cornelius's Fantasma?
Battles' Mirrored?
Mid-Air Thief's Crumbling?
Anything by The Books?
I would rec a lot more albums, but I wasn't sure if you're already exposed to them
But I would def rec Rav - Beneath the Toxic Jungle
only heard mirrored and di go pop from those
