yeah that was my mistake, I think I saw Saved for the first time in 2012 or so
No shit, it was the funniest AVGN in a good long while, those two have surprisingly solid chemistry. "Have you ever found anything in a bathtub before?" ... "I found myself once." "Hmm." "Mmm." *hard cut right before James loses it*
I found it pretty awkward because of all the improv
It seems like AVGN videos really don't lend themselves well to guests, since the episodes are usually pretty rigidly planned with basically no improv. I think the only "guest" episode that really excelled was the Battletoads one.
I wish James would have Inspector Gadget over to play some Minecraft
That crossover would make me shit brown bricks.
if they're a different color you should prolly see a doctor
The best guest episode by a mile has to be the NWC one with Pat Contri. And the worst is of course the one with Lloyd Kaufman. Ugh.
I liked the Kaufman one tbh His toilet humor fits AVGN's.

Has there ever been a kid celebrity return in such high fashion before? Good for him.
Christian Bale is 6 years older than Culkin, he's doing pretty good
christian bale never went anywhere though, that's not a comeback.
I mean like, go completely under the radar, almost look like death and then come back like it was nothing.
Wil Weaton maybe?
People want to see Wil Wheaton? Like every where I look I see people actually interested in Macaulay Culkin making a comeback. I mostly just see people point and laugh deridingly at Wil Wheaton and spamming him with "Shut up, Westley" memes.
That's because people are assholes.
Everywhere i see Wil Wheaton, he comes across as an asshole. He's just unappealing. This is the same guy who ruined his own show about playing board games by refusing to learn how to play said board games.
Ohh, he actually is an asshole. Like, its not a persona for jokes and such, Wil Wheaton is actually a very serious asshole who is not above harassment and bullying.
also he got banned from a Mastodon instance for transphobia and had those shitty comments after the Texas church shooting: https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/1750/9da20cf6-f302-4e05-8b24-24d816d50501/image.png
Ehhhhh. Tbf i think his point with that tweet was. "Just sitting around and Praying the problems away ain't going to solve shit." Then again idk about the Transphobia ordeal.
Wil Wheaton is a Twitter tough-guy whose biggest claim to fame was playing a character nobody liked on a TV show everyone liked almost 30 years ago. He just strikes me as a massively self-important tool who's super bitter that his career peaked when he was a teenager, so he just acts out for attention. He kinda reminds me of Joss Whedon in a way, they both have that "hello my fellow epic nerds, where are my internet backpats" mentality about them.
Well, I mean, Paul Ryan is a worthless sack of shit.
I just heard he had an internet show at one point I didn't expect all this
i don't know anything about whil and maybe he does suck but how does this tweet make him an asshole you have literal victims of shootings out there saying 'fuck your prayers' too
Wheaton is a narcissistic ignoramus asshole.
I love hearing about all of the stories where fans of Star Trek have asked about Wheaton to other cast members of Next Gen, and every single one has the rest of the cast act awkwardly about Wil when they all seem to be friends with each other. Sounds like Wil Wheaton was hated by literally everybody before public perception started turning against him.
