A really great podcast where he talks about the sci-fi sub genre of FFPSM (futuristic fascist police state movies) and he generally seems to have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of cult films and weird shlock of the 70's and 80's, partly from having grown up in the industry, partly from just being a fucking nerd. He just made it to the top of my list of ideal Re:View guests. I'd love to see him and Jay just shoot the shit for an hour.

In the Halloween 2016 episode, Jack's name slip-up during his explanation of Exorcist 2 might be my all-time favorite moment of his. It's just perfect.
Really interested to see if The Beach Bum shows up in the eventual HitB 2019 Recap episode. Because I know Jay thinks Harmony Korine is a fraud (despite liking Spring Breakers), but I was also getting a bit of a John Waters vibe from it, so I wonder if he wouldn't latch onto the "wacky fucked-up weirdos" aspect of it.
