I will agree that series 10 was the best of Moffat's run, and Bill was actually an enjoyable companion, especially after Clara, but Twice Upon a Time wasn't that good. It's literally just an hour long goodbye to everything Moffat introduced to the show, and everything that happens in it can be summed up as "literally nothing important."
Season 10 is only an improvement because Moffat couldn't do his trademark stringing along with non-answers and red herrings. No big build up to a mystery that never gets resolved, no arc beyond that prision thing for a few episodes, just Capaldi and Bill and Missy.
i keep messing up the titles god damn heaven sent* is actually fantastic
mines Kill the Moon
Little detail in the teaser: Bradders is given a copy of the Beano Summer Special 1981, last seen in The Rings of Akhaten: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/tardis/images/0/04/The_Doctor_hides_behind_Beano_%28TROA%29.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20141115125643 MOFFAAA-- wait, you can't say that anymore...
No two-parters in Series 11.
Legit question, the fuck was up with Clara hating the doctor then immediately going "YO HE'S THE BEST LET'S GO ON ANOTHER ADVENTURE" for every single fucking episode past a certain point?

I don't want to sound like an arse when I say this but... That looks like Doctor Who to me. Like, actual, high excitement and adventure Doctor Who, the kind that made me fall in love with the show to begin with.
Looks so filmic

I like the colour of the new sonic but not really the rest of it Everything else is great though, nothing spoilery at all but a lovely tone setter
Fantastic!
A Doctor Who trailer that didn't feature the Daleks or the TARDIS. Whole new world.
Do you think there's a chance of getting the episode titles during SDCC ?
Is the trailer spoilerific?
Apparently no Daleks in s11 confirmed.
nope unless it's a new quote that I've not seen all I saw was Chibnall essentially saying "we've got two weeks of shooting left and I've not seen any Daleks *yet*" which to me if anything implies they might be in the finale because why play that coy like that if they're straight up not there
I have never been so excited to see a Planet with a Green Sky. Finally, we aren't going to go to Earth (London) and planets (Totally not just Earth) in this season.
This may be just me, but i'm loving that we are going back to 3 companions. Every time i see new footage of the new companions the more i'm drawn in to learn more about them the one who personally stands out the most to me and the one i wanna learn the most about is Bradley's character "Graham" As for the trailer, this defiantly feels like a return to form and it's about damn time, there's no bleak atmosphere, no daleks or cybermen. It's just a pure sci fi adventure i wanna get lost in and just enjoy the ride.
Who's ready for the banging headache story arc
holy shit that trailer looks so fuckin GOOD
This isn't the format of the classics at all. The format of the classics were multiple episodes (usually 4, 5 or 6) that were all part of the overarching serial. The Trial of a Timelord was one plot stretched across a whole season
I don't know about you guys, but personally I really don't like the new sonic
curved for hitting the g-spot the g stands for geronimo
Apparently it will make sense in universe because they are going to have the Doctor build it out of scrap materials she finds in the bins round the back of Anne Summers
I thought the sonic screwdriver was the same one that just changed when the Doctor did. Is this Chinball's way of making it so he can't use "I talked to myself in the past and have been running a program for 10 gorrillion years for this exact problem."
I would like the sonic screwdriver to be something that opens doors and interfaces with computers for basic operations again, not a magic wand that does anything and everything the plot demands. I don't know if they fixed that since I stopped watching but it was real bad when I left off.
I appreciate the fact that the trailer monologue didn't amount to "I'm the doctor and I'm here to chew bubblegum and kick ass"
