Netflix Original, eh? I do not think this word means what you think it means.
Netflix puts that on all of their exclusives.
Yeah, they even do it in America for stuff they've shipped in from Europe or elsewhere. I was watching a preview for a Netflix Original last night when I realized the lipsync was off and it had to have been a redubbed foreign movie. I didn't realize they'd go so far as to call something like Titans an original though.
Just saw Aquaman for myself. Liked it! I think it even has a edge over Wonder Woman potentially as my favorite DC movie so far.
New YJ Eps are out, it's the first 3 of S3
Is there any way to view them legally in Canada?
I mean I guess this technically goes here?

Cute, it's basically a retelling of the old Super Best Friends Forever short
WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO ZATANNA APPAREL
I like it.
DAMN IT, TUSKIN
Costumes change in Comic universes all the time.
As iconic as it is, they probably wanted something less cliché?
It's a bit off putting at first, but it isn't bad. Not as great as the original one though.
Luckily most of the other characters seem to have their classic outfits

She looks like a jojo stand. Not in good way either.
Titans is on Netflix now

Has anybody seen the Death of Superman and Reign of the Supermen movies? They're doing a double-feature at a local cinema and I might go see them if they're good.
I really enjoyed them, DCs animated movies are usually pretty good
Death is solid and Reign is good.
This is really well animated.
For Canadians trying to find Young Justice Season 3, it airs on Teletoon every Sunday. Episode 3 just aired yesterday
I finally got around to watching the first half of Young Justice: Outsiders and, man, breaking away from Cartoon Network seems like the best thing that could ever happen to this series. The series feels like it has become exactly what it wants to be and not shackled by CN's philosophy. Part of that, of course, is the added violence which, to me, rarely feels gratuitous or done just because they can. The violence just feels like the stakes have been raised and that the show has become more unpredictable and able to deal with more mature subject matter. I already loved the show, but now I love it even more and really cannot wait for the next half of the season and future seasons.
Also, Brandon Vietti and Greg Weisman should be recruited by Warner Bros. to be their Kevin Feige of DCEU. The expansive plots and conspiracies of Young Justice are exactly the sort of thing that would make DC films great and differentiated from Marvel's cinematic universe.
I just it's physically impossible for Nia to have those dream powers. According to her, only women are given the dreamer power. If she was born male and transitioned as she claimed, it scientifically makes zero since why she was given the dreamer gift. Genetics makes this impossible.
Recent studies have shown the trans persons brains are similar to the gender they identify with.
Since dreams are part of the brain, I don't see the problem.
