Tonight's Arrow season finale felt very series finale like.
I wonder if Season 8 was a last minute decision then, would explain the short episode count.

Not a fan of the "Girls rule, boys drool" approach to feminism that the Batwoman trailer seems to be focusing on.
Yeah the whole "I'm not gonna let a man take credit for a woman's work." makes zero sense. Trailer was really bad, and it shows they're going for the hardcore feminist route on this one.
it's a shame because Supergirl works a whole lot better without having to rely on the forced feminism crap. Make a good story and compelling characters. Constantly pointing at gender isn't going to magically make people invested in your characters or story.

I hope DC keeps up the momentum in their shows because Doom Patrol is fucking fantastic and if they keep it up they'll put Marvel TV to shame.
DC tv is too political for their own good imo. I know it's not necesarily a bad thing and I might just be too old for it but it often seems very forced.
The CW stuff? Yeah, Batwoman trailer in particular was painful to watch.
I dont mind Doom Patrols use of politics like Larry being gay and accepting that or Danny the Street because its kinda inherint to the source material, even if its things like making Larry gay instead of a mixed race hermaphrodite called Rebis(which requires more set-up) or Danny being genderqueer instead of an it wanting to be a he.
Yeah, that's most of the point of good Doom Patrol - outcasts trying establish their place in the world.
