Pretty sure it's this one: DUI? Dealing Drugs? Better Call Saul!
Jimmy, nooooo....
I wonder what they will do for the season finale. In the same vein I wonder how many season this show has left. It's great but I feel like time is running out.
That argument was fantastically acted.
Did Jimmy almost throw a briefcase at Jay Leno?
I can fully relate to Jimmy there (in relation to a job interview). Not a good feeling.
How could security be so terrible? I am utterly baffled. I don't really give a fuck where this conflict goes, but jesus christ really? All this money and they can't weld a few doors shut??
AFAIK the german workers aren't prisoners, they just don't get paid if they leave/break the rules. The security has no reason to expect one of them (especially the old dude) to escape, and they don't have a reason to turn the warehouse into a 5 star prison to hold people who volunteered to work on the job. Welding the doors shut wouldn't be a real solution either, they're specifically there in case of an emergency/need to access the roof. Old dude could probably get through a wall with a welding torch if that was his only option.
This guy has some a-ma-zing karaoke.
Man, Chuck sings so well. He should front a band
s'all good man...

Just finished the last episode, I think Jimmy has made the full transition into Saul after that last scene.
lalo going metal gear solidwas great
Until now Jimmy has always been struggling with moral choices. His methods have always been shady, but he did have mostly good intentions. I think this is very visible when [sp]he talks to that girl who didn't get the scholarship. I really, really like that scene. On one hand it shows how mad it made him that no matter how hard he tried he would have never been able to fulfill his brother's expectations. On the other it shows that the damage is done. We don't need to actually see the scene where they vote. The outcome doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if she actually got the scholarship because in Jimmy's view she will still be seen as a shoplifter, no matter what she accomplishes (indicated by the fact that initially he was the only one to vote for her). It's all about that initial vote.[/sp]
I hate to say that it's been 4 years of very, very slow burning. If the next season doesn't shake things up I might be done with the show I understand BB and BCS are very different shows but after 4 seasons of BB things were hectic as fuck, meanwhile I can't really care about this very slow descent into Saul. Or Kim.
Will there be another season? This felt like a pretty good ending to me, it'd feel pretty satisfying left as it ended.
Season 4 of BB was only as hectic as it was because they thought AMC was going to cancel the show and wanted the tie up as many of the loose ends as possible, while leaving a little bit just in case they were renewed. Besides, Walter White didn’t turn into his fully villainous self until the 4th season anyway. If Jimmy went full on Saul by the second season, I doubt it would feel as fully fleshed out as it does right now.
Even Mike fully went over his moral event horizon and murdered an arguably completely innocent man. They've both become the characters they were in Breaking Bad.
The show can't end till I find out what happens to Nacho and his papa.
I think last season was a bit more intense, and this was meant to mellow things out a bit. Last season had huge moments, including one of the best episodes (if not the best) in the franchise: "Chicanery", and of course, Chuck's death. For me personally it's a bit upsetting to see Nacho's character go into irrelevancy. Every time he was on screen I was trying to figure out where it was trying to go (which, ultimately, it went nowhere). He was completely absent from the finale too which shows how little of a role he currently has which is a shame because I like the actor and his performance. For me it wasn't as good as Season 4 but it's certainly close. It's sad to see Jimmy crumbling down at the end there where all hope is lost. He knew the shoplifter girl was him, and that one action would be held against her for the rest of her life, as it did with Jimmy.
I don't think Jimmy is there yet. He's not yet the kind of guy that would call his secretary honey tits or say "you are killing me with that ass" when she's out of earshot, nor is he criminal lawyer that would immediately suggest killing Badger. Mike however is getting pretty fucking evil. It reminds me of that scene in Breaking Bad where he says he's been around long enough to know to kill any witnesses.
Does anyone remember in season 4 of Breaking Bad when Mike tells Jesse that he's not the guy? I wonder if the guy he "had" was referring to Werner.
You know, I always assumed that was Victor.
I assumed that was Nacho back in S2
That scene where the kid's speeches get cut off, is a perfect representation on how suits see peoples hopes and dreams.
Wikipedia says we will get season 5. In a way just like season 4 of BB this season also feels like it could be the last. I think season 5 should wrap things up. There's also the "current" storyline which I'd like to see come to an end. I must sound like I want this show to end but it's mainly because I want this show to keep it's quality and reach an ending. I've experienced a couple of times shows getting stretched or cancelled and BCS does not deserve that. Ideally I see at least 2 more seasons (5th and 6th).
That's basically what I read in an interview with the showrunners somewhere, they want to wrap it up in a couple more seasons.
2 more seasons would be gr8, but I trust Vince to take it as far as it needs to go. The last thing he wants is for it to live in the shadow of Breaking Bad and i personally think there's still tons they could explore without it overstaying its welcome.
I wonder if the last season will be entirely post Breaking Bad. Would be nice to get an epilogue to everything
