Honestly I hope this is what's happening, ala the Doom Patrol in Titans vs the Doom Patrol. Using the original actor but giving the world more room by not putting the limitations of AoS on it. They already kinda wrapped up the Eli story in AoS but its pretty important
I just want Nicolas Cage as Ghost Rider again.
It occured to me that all of the minis on Disney+ were directly set up in Endgame, bar Vision/Scarlet Witch. It got me thinking, I wonder if Wanda uses her powers to create Viz again, and it being literally WandaVision. The title is still dumb though.
Quick question that I was discussing with some friends:
Where did Thor's hammer go? Like, in two ways:
First of all, Fat Thor extracts it from the 2013 timeline and brings it with him to the future. So the hammer no longer exists in that timeline. How does that timelines Thor get his hammer now?
And secondly, Cap took the hammer with him when he returned the stones - but where is it when he shows up as an old man? He brought his shield, but where did the hammer go?
You answered your own question. Cap returns Thor's hammer to 2013 Thor before coming back as an old man.
... shit, that's right. I just assumed he would've kept it.
So what was this easter egg sound that plays at the end?
It's from Iron Man 1 when Stark is forging parts for his first suit.
Oh yeah, 11 yeas ago today Tony Stark declared

I was 13 when I saw Iron Man in theaters and that moment will always stick with me. The call back with Tony's snap was probably my favourite bit in endgame for that reason.
Cap doesn't even need to be clever about it, it's probably the easiest one of all to do other than maybe returning the time stone. All he has to do is go to Asgard, drop the hammer on the ground somewhere, and Thor will automatically retrieve it later.
I like how they set it up so if Chris Evans wants to come back and be Captain America again he can
I feel likethis is the end of the line for Rodgers. Chronologically he's like 120 years old assuming he didn't make any more jumps once he brought the stones back. He could technically come back but hopefully just as a supporting character for Captain FalconSam and Bucky.
wouldn't mind seeing an old man beat the shit out of every one before complaining about his back
Apparently the promo art that was shown to investors had Wanda and Vision in 50s clothes so people are theorizing she's gonna go full House of m and create her own reality, as in it'll Wandas vision of reality. Also they kinda hinted at it? She went full red eye which she hasn't done since AoU
Is it true that New Asgard takes place in the Norwegian town that Red Skull attacked at the beginning of First Avenger?
I've heard that too, as well as it being the same place that Odin defended against the frost giants in pre-history. I have no backing for that, though, and I doubt there's any in-movie confirmation. The town's called Tonberg in Endgame, though.
I am slow on the uptake, but with the running time of Far from Home is 129 minutes, which is the final movie of the MCU, comes to the combined total of 3,000 minutes.
"I love you 3,000"
"final movie of the MCU" what?
I should say Phase One to Phase Three, which Feige has said Far From Home takes place minutes after Endgame and is the bookend to Phase Three.
Yeah no, end of Phase 3. We already have future films in the MCU confirmed. Endgame is just the ultimate ending for everything we've had so far, sans GoTG Vol. 2 post credits. With that one exception, every loose end that would be tied up, was. That said, we got Vol. 3 coming. We even got a hint of Thor 4. And Black Panther 2 is planned, and also Dr. Strange 2.
The machine's still going.
Doctor Strange's post credits sequence set up Mordo stealing magic from people.
Whoops, missed one. Yeah we've sequel potential.
Not gonna lie, I only watched Dr. Strange to get me caught up for Avengers, so I'm not sure if I'd watch a sequel. It wasn't bad, it just didn't interest me.
I'm excited for Guardians 3, however, and what's going to happen with Gamora
yes.
I really hope the plot doesn't just involve only trying to find Gamora / bringing her back up to her character level to IW.
Getting people out of the Soul Stone is a good way to introduce Adam Warlock
Warlock ain't got no time for that, Gunn has juggled about three lines per movie just fine, why this time would be any different shouldn't really be an issue.
Stayed 3 weeks off all forums, including Reddit, Youtube and Discord, to avoid spoilers. I succeeded and watched the movie today.
And it was worth not getting spoiled on anything.
Also, about Cap:
I fucking called it: https://forum.facepunch.com/ftvm/btbkj/Marvel-Cinematic-Universe-thread-Worse-numbering-than-IMs-suits-edition/23/#postcwllld
He can't do that for everyone in the universe though. Remember, the return snap affected the entire universe.
