Strange is still an asshole so he doesn't really fit.
I definitely had a bit of a hard time coming to terms with that he's a struggling sorcerer in the beginning of Doctor Strange, starting the movie as an absolute dick, to the "best one of us all" by the end of it, or even giving him up until Infinity War when he gave up the Time Stone. (Are we still tagging IW spoilers? Just being polite, tbh). You'd think that'd be decades of experience instead of... Two years.
natasha, valkyrie, loki, winter soldier, Strange, General Ross, Vulture, that one guardian from the gate in ragnarok. you also get the "we asumed they were asshole, but actually they were not!" wich includes Howard Stark, Black panther, black Widow,, Wasp and Hank Pym. its hardly a trope per se, but most of the heroes in the MCU and some of the cast do encourage the "development of a team and responsabilities" almost like a coming of age scenario. wich is not bad per se, but certainly isn't something that complex either. its also the reason why DCU's Superman is so unlikable, he's always an asshole and refuses to not be - let alone batman.

Oh hey I thought it was cancelled already, looking forward to it. JJ series 1 was my favourite of all the Netflix series, series 2 was a step down but still much better than Daredevil S2 or Luke Cage S2 or any of Iron Fist/the Defenders.
You're literally giving her different standards that you are to a man. Just because she's a woman. WTF. Like, Captain Marvel, the movie is "Okay". But you're flatly being sexist here, that's okay as long as you can learn from that.
No he is not, he provides arguments and none of them has anything to do with gender.(unless being accosted by someone is only a female problem in your narrow world, hint: It's not) Please keep your gender politics out of super hero movies and hold her to the same standards most other heroes are held lol, using powers on civilians has always been a no go, being cruel about it even more so.
He's not portrayed as a civillian. He's a classic biker type from the 80's when there were biker gags, that generally had a large gang presence in most cities, LA especially.
