Marvel Cinematic Universe thread: Another thread bites the dust

Marvel is doing a prop auction for Daredevil, Luke Cage and Iron Fist. 750 items total.

So much for the "Disney+ is totally going to pick these up in two years, gaism no worries" theories.
A renewed show would have their own props anyway. This doesn't mean anything in that regard.
Especially since the costumes are hand-measured for the actors that probably will not be available to continue the show in 2-3 years. Disney will reboot, not continue.
The point being three actors have already said they would be fine with returning to the roles in two years, which fans made assumptions on thereof.
They're saying that now, but 2 years from now things will be different.
I sincerely doubt they are going to sit on their asses and wait for the next two years for a renewal that may not come or if does, may not even want them to return.
They have to eat. They all will pick up jobs elsewhere and that will conflict with potential reboots.
2 years is enough time to film a few things while they're waiting
If they reboot the Netflix characters, I hope they'll become part of the greater MCU like the Loki, Scarlet Witch/Vision, and Bucky/Falcon shows are supposed to be.
Bernthal already said he would drop whatever he was doing to do the role.
I'm not sure what you're saying, that they would give up a steady paycheck acting in another television show in an attempt to restart another show already cancelled?
Or maybe... Movies?
Arguably worse since movies pay higher than television shows in many cases
Dude. I'm saying you can easily film 2 or so movies in that time
It'll be really interesting if they bother teasing anything Fox related at the end of Endgame, just because they'd need to get the casting out of the way first to get the most out of the reveal. There are a few minor exceptions, like how they teased Thanos before casting Josh Brolin. Like, I could see them doing Annihilus or Galactus or something, but I feel like it's way more likely we'll get something mundane like Avengers Tower becoming the Baxter Building or something.
how is auctioning items off for colectors preventing studios from making new props altogether.
The way people keep talking about Fox characters it sounds we're going to get a dozen post credits scenes teasing the next 10 years at this rate.
Endgame is actually three hours long because the final 45 minutes just serve as setup for the next ten years.
Rumor is that Taskmaster is the main villain in the Black Widow movie

I hope Taskmaster isn't a one and done villain. He is way too interesting for just one movie.
It's terrible, but the first thing I thought was "Well, that's one way to get people to see a Black Widow movie."
Taskmaster is cool. Kinda hope they go with the 616 costume and not the ultimate costume. That skull and hood is great.
some AMC theater employees are saying endgame ticket pre-sales should start tomorrow

Runtime confirmed...?
Feels weird that they'd link to a rumor on a news site AND use an IW poster.
That's what it's listed as on my local theater's website.
If that's true, then holy crap. This movie is gonna be a wild ride.
Can't wait to see Cap and Tony reunite

To save on space and bandwith I'll just link the rest of them. The characters who are left are in color, the character that were snapped are in black and white.
These are nice
