It would also explain the old vision of what a single dragon shadow gliding across Kings Landing. We are sort of led to believe it's Dany but it's been the Night King this whole time!!
Just a friendly reminder to calibrate and set your TV settings properly, most of these can be found by googling your TV model. It makes a load of difference considering these episodes are very dark and minor details might not show up.
YES! I've been rewatching the series and I made it till season 7 before I tried fucking with the TV brightness and sharpness, and it makes a world of difference. This is how the show was meant to be watched. It's so much brighter and more crisp. I made the change because of the dungeon scene where Qyburn shows Cersei the Scorpion. It was like, wow there's actually things in this dungeon to look at and it's not just a dark hallway with the shadowy disembodied faces of Qyburn and Cersei floating around???? Even the daylight scenes are much, much better. The show is just waaaaaay too dark by default.
I watched the last episode on my PC monitor and it was so dark but watched it again with a friend on his 42 inch TV and I could see everything.

Here we fucking go, man. I'm so not ready.
Jesus Christ this is a horror film so far then a actual battle, they are getting slaughtered.
is this the prequel to world war z?
The fucking GRIN on this mad lad's face i kinda love it
THE CRYPTS ARE NOT SAFE
That was amazing and sad at the same time.
I called it(irl not on here)The next three episodes will deal with the throne.
Holy fuck, that was art. Amazing episode 10/10 Let's all give a round of applause to the cast and crew for that efforts in bringing that beautifully well crafted episode too life. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/114636/99eb3393-7a89-472d-b8e7-d149b07e0bd6/image.png
LOL the NK just getting taken out by Arya is gonna piss off so many people, It was unexpected I'll give it that.
holy SHIT
I might be mad, but I think the intro was slightly different, it looked like the blue was a lot further around the winterfell in this episodes intro, versus episode 1's intro. I'd double check, but I don't have a PVR so I can't rewind the show.
ngl i low key wanted the night king to win and fuckin destroy that stupid chair
That episode is going to be very divisive.
The fuck they gonna do for the next 3 episodes
The Night King was such a smug asshole and I loved it.
My current theory is that, no one will win the Throne, it's going to end in death and Seven Kingdoms divided just like at the start,
I was hoping in this episode that if Lord Beric were to fall, there would be some sort of thing where he would be brought back as a walker but have some sort of conflict with the lord of light. Since all the dead were raised, including those in the crypts, I guess he would have been raised as well, though we didn't get to see it
I was expecting zombie Ned Stark, but I guess that wouldn't work with him being decapitated and all.
I'm surprised they didn't go with the fan speculated theory that Night King would raise all the dead in the crypts.
Overall, an incredible, intense episode. However, I am not going to lie: I think Cersei is a step down from ancient unstoppable evil and I am kind of disappointed the Night King and the White Walkers are not the final enemy.
Fantastic episode, except for the end. I feel like the writers wrote themselves into a corner tbh. I feel like there was very little they could do to make the battle winnable, but still not end like a wet fart, and it kinda ended like a wet fart as far as I'm concerned. I love Arya's character, but her appearing like that was an asspull unless they give it context next episode, which I sincerely hope they do.
err that did happen tho?
I think my favorite moment was the dragons spewing fire from the blizzard.
To be honest, I'm expecting the Others to be dealt with in TWOW, ADOS being all post-apocalyptic politics. The Others never felt like the endgame of an author whose favourite part of TLOTR is the scouring of the Shire, after all.
