Well, RERORERO is a bit of an onomatopoeia for what the licking would sound like. I was actually surprised they straight up did RERORERO in the anime, so it's understandable. Either way, LELULELO sounds pretty damn close and it's still great.

It does have the right level of cheese, though! And so far we have "Enyaba" confirmed... will we have "Oingo" and "Boingo"? I can only hope. I keep hearing McCree whenever Jotaro speaks. I can't get it out of my head.
I'm concerned because that Star Platinum looks off enough to be distracting. So does the hand because his head looks like it's made from cheapish plastic but not as much as Platinum does.
Bruh, ye literally can't even see enough of SP to resolve any materials from that one screenshot. Also, Stands are all designed after old Tokusatsu monsters/ superheroes like Ultraman. They'd better fucking look like guys in plastic suits.
i think the problem ur noticing is SP has anime proportioned eyes, compared to the humans who have... u know... it does clash a little bit but its supposed to be silly so who cares
Ha Ha, that's a new one for me!
the stands look a lot more CG here than in the screenshots
I still expected the stands to look a lot worse. Though who the fuck thought a live action jojo movie would be a good idea is beyond me
Trying to imitate Araki's style is fun, here's two characters from Skullgirls, Squigly and Big Band [t]http://68.media.tumblr.com/855448d3a9c64b20fa3ce9b7647de3ba/tumblr_oss2zh0fLx1vvpteao1_1280.png[/t]
More treasure from Araki's book:
To understand the connection between setting and theme, you need look no further than the movie Frozen. Some say that Frozen was such a blockbuster hit because the heroine was a strong, modern character, but I think the biggest factor was its white, cold world locked away in snow and ice. The theme of the protagonist's loneliness could only have been expressed in the frozen setting, and contrasting the warmth of the sisters' love with the frigid cold provokes a strong emotional response. If that same story were set in a desert or a science fiction setting, the movie would have communicated something completely different.
If you lose a limb, does your stand lose it too and vice/versa
If you lose a limb, does your stand lose it too and vice/versa
Part 5: [sp]When Polnareff was crippled, Silver Chariot reflected the missing limbs.[/sp] As far as I know, that's the only instance I can think of.
I still expected the stands to look a lot worse. Though who the fuck thought a live action jojo movie would be a good idea is beyond me
well live action phoenix wright worked, I wouldn't doubt japan can pull this off
Ohohohohohoho, it's HERE. I'm in Control without the shitty vocals that the artist refused to remove for the soundtrack release.
why does it work so well tho
I wonder if there's a way that Yuya from part 4 and Jobin are connected other than reference I want to believe
I'm almost caught up to part 3 and I gotta say that it was part 2 of the anime was pretty great. I can't wait to finally make it to part 3 and then eventually part 4.
Finished part 5 Besides the [sp]bullshit "push to win" ending[/sp], I enjoyed it. I thought this part had some really good stands though the users themselves weren't as memorable as a good share of the ones from part 3. On to Stone Ocean

The battle for the arrow right before Giorno beats Diavolo into oblivion is the real final battle, GER is just the ultimate result of it. It's pretty clearly established that whoever gets the arrow is gonna win.[/sp]
[sp]Yeah but the battle for the arrow was pretty bad as far as final battles go. Chariot Requiem's weakness was retarded and when Diavolo overcame it, it didn't even help him that much. The gang doesn't come close to stopping KC nor do they really even try and circumvent its powers and only win because the arrow literally ignores King Crimson, slips through his hand and lets Giorno pick it up because the souls swap back. Instead of actually tactically overcoming a super strong power like in most Jojo fights, they just delay him with random shit until getting the auto-win button. If it was like the fight with Kira when Hayato outwits him over the course of several chapters and eventually sets up a scenario where Kira has to deactivate Bites the Dust because of his hubris...[/sp] (Part 7 spoilers) [sp]...or the fight with Valentine where Johnny does eventually defeat Valentine with his last-minute superpower, but then he's presented with an emotional/moral challenge, is Valentine really the bad guy and will he let him live to bring back Gyro...[/sp] (End of part 7 spoilers) [sp]...then I'd be far more willing to forgive it. But the race for the arrow is anticlimactic and isn't very satisfying because they never really fight King Crimson, they just waste his time until the "I Win" arrow arrives and lets Giorno basically no sell him. Jotaro's timestop is arguably more of an asspull, but it just put him on a slightly more even playing field with the guy who just oneshot two of the main cast, the final battle is still an actual fight.[/sp]
So apparently the movie is making a change to the way Part 4 plays out: [sp]The movie ends with Keicho being killed, but instead of Red Hot Chili Pepper he is killed by Sheer Heart Attack (much in the same way the tailor is killed in the manga). So they're introducing Kira far earlier in the story in exchange for cutting out some of the more episodic stand fights along the way.[/sp]
[sp]seems really out of place for kira to act like that though, unless maybe keicho stole kira's dad's arrow?[/sp]
i think it's fair to assume that [sp]instead of 2 arrows the live action movies will only have 1 arrow[/sp], so yeah
i just really hope they dont fuck kira up. theres so many ways to ruin him
I hope he's played by a white actor and/or actually kinda looks like Bowie
I hope he's played by a white actor and/or actually kinda looks like Bowie
I doubt it, considering almost every anime character in Japan is supposed to be Japanese (with dyed/bleached hair) unless stated otherwise.
I hope he's played by a white actor and/or actually kinda looks like Bowie
as much as i want this, i kinda also want him to look like the average japanese business man you would find on the street
