As far as I know, the manga has never been officially colored and the well known colored scans are fan made. Am I mistaken?

According to the Jojo's Colored Adventure Facebook page,

Yeah the coloration comes from Shueisha
The colour scans are however digital only. As far as I know they where just released as a digital download and never as a official tankōbon.
Some of the spinoffs like rohan at the louvre or rohan at gucci were colored by araki(?)
Some colorations in the Anime make more sense though Imo
Mostly how Kira uses a different suit after, you know
I'm pretty sure there aren't any other men in Morioh walking in a Purple and Green suit
In general the fact that he kept changing suit colors made him feel a lot more believable really
Same with Rohan even though i prefer some over the others
Makes more sense than how some characters always walk around in the same clothing every single day
I feel pretty weird about this - anyone else rooted for Kira in some scenes? Like when [sp]he gets bullied on the train, I straight up cheered for him when he broke into that apartment. I know it's horrible but fuck[/sp]

he's an oddly relatable character at times, he's not an evil person but just can't fight his nature

Kira is just a person who wants a quiet life but also has some kinks, everyone has one of those (or many). And what if he stole the identity of someone else? Maybe that person was a bad person, I mean, have you seen how weird is his son? Filming everything and everyone. That kid doesn't have a bright future I tell you.
It's funny considering Hayato is just ruining it for the whole family
Kiras antics with the Kawajiri family are by far my favourite bit of part 4, I really wish there was a spin off or fan comic of them

Kira doesn't want to rule the world, or become the ultimate life form, or any other grand aspiration. Guy just wants to be left alone. I'm sure most people can relate to that concept.
He just makes it kinda difficult with the whole, y'know, hand fetish and serial murder.

keep in mind, jotaro is the kind of guy that would get a middle-eastern tailor to make him a jacket that looks exactly like his old one

I believe that scene is anime-original, in the manga he walks down the stairs and just looks that way.

They just kind of showed it rather weirdly imo

watch the OVA, not as glamourous as the anime but it fills the void
other than that read the manga
watch fist of the north star, it apparently inspired first 2 parts of jojo
