I mean since Jotaro isn't the main character anymore he's not allowed to just stop time and end the fight in 10 seconds, but I kinda wish there was a better reason for keeping him and the rest from the fight other than "lol rain is too loud".

That part doesn't even make sense. Jotaro and the gang are seriously around the corner at the beginning of the fight while [sp]Hyato and them are SCREAMING while Kira is blowing shit up[/sp] Later on they're like a block away, but not at 8:30 when they show up
In the manga their distance is more ambiguous, and seems further away. Plus you're reading it so it's not so obvious how loud some of this shit is.
I wish they'd have moved them a block or two away even if it's not faithful.

You've got to remember it's all running in anime time. It may be 20 minutes for us, but if you think about what actually happens and ignore all the exposition dialogue, it could easily happen in a couple of minutes.

Also, consider that the sound of Kira's explosions is only audible to us for effect, which is why no one heard [sp]the explosion that killed Shigechi[/sp], as well as the fact that, for the first half of the fight, [URL="http://h.mfcdn.net/store/manga/91/46-428.0/compressed/cjba_v046_008-009.jpg?token=0204012fbc4cdb4a9c1630cbe614ba89&ttl=1482411600"]it was[/URL] [URL="http://h.mfcdn.net/store/manga/91/46-428.0/compressed/cjba_v046_010.jpg?token=425fc205fc7f33f067b9d7529c7e6f2d&ttl=1482433200"]raining[/URL], something that wouldn't be as audible to us as it would muffle the dialog.
I think what i find funny is that Kira has that hole where the impact of the air hit his watch in his pocked
But there's no pocket visible, and neither on the other side

It's far less egregious in the manga, imagine them having to spend their huge final arc budget on a few scenes where Jotaro, Koichi, and Rohan walk 3 blocks and then see the fight
it's irrelevant and unnecessary to the flow of the episode, besides this confrontation probably starts and ends within about 5 - 10 minutes maximum
one thing I always found funny about Part 4 is how Kira figures out that Jotaro [sp]can stop time within about 30 seconds of getting his ass beat, whereas it took the crusaders several hours and kakyoin fucking dying to do the same for DIO[/sp]
iirc in the manga they're shown to be fairly far down the street, and the panel where jotaro doesn't hear josuke makes it seem like the rain is louder

Oh boy, i can't wait to see [sp]Kira telling that woman about his first time seeing the Mona Lisa[/sp] in this upcoming part! I'm glad to have watched Part 4 and how it came out. (even if we did get a few moments of ~quality~) Especially since i had to deal with the Post-Duwang and Duwang translations when i was reading Part 4.

i'd prefer we leave morioh as it is, we have already gotten small additions with Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan but i dont think anything more than that is necessary

Man, this is why I love Daisuke Ono.
Not only a great voice actor but also a great person as well. So glad that Josuke's VA and him could interact and support each other during recording sessions.
