That said I'm kind of glad in the anime we only saw a part of [sp]Danny's death. Rather the full experience of Danny jumping out of the incinerator while being on fire. I personally wanted the scene with the sudden mood shift from severe depression into being overjoyed when Jonathan fucking inhales the chocolate bar he finds next to his bed.

They do allude to it in the credits, but we never actually get "it was made by ancient Aztecs" in the show. It does make the "why is it doing things when it gets bloody? what's it gonna do to that hobo?" more intriguing but it still feels odd to leave out. I just bought All Star Battle for 5 bucks at Gamestop, seems like a pretty fun game for what it is, standard fighting game with sweet fanservice

There's a store by me that has it for something like 50 bucks, which is a little too much for my blood I wish Eyes of Heaven was a better game, because as far as fanservice goes that game has it to lethal levels, but I played the demo and was so unimpressed with the gameplay Whereas ASB, while not amazing, is pretty fun for what it is. After months of hiatus finished part 3 today I really dug the opening but found man it lags harddddddd when every week they're running into some goofy stand user It picks up a ton in Egypt and then HOLY shit, Darby, Petshop, Vanilla Ice and HOLY HOLY HOLY that DIO fight. I felt genuinely sad seeing part 3 come to a close and I'm maD at myself for ever thinking it wasnt as good as 2. Part 3 was super comfy following best friends across a journey of the globe. And even though I didn't care about them at all [sp] the deaths bummed me out like crazy. I might have cared about iggy more if he had done anything. Heck, I was even sad DIO bites it.[/sp]Starting part 4 today. I'm thinking I might start reading the manga too, I know they're pretty faithful adaptations but I wanna relive stardust already

Part of the fun was seeing what sort of nonsense stand they'd fight next (plus Araki was pretty obviously still feeling out how stands worked so they were [I]really[/I] all over the place). I think 3 and 4 really balance action and comedy the best out of the parts.

I think 3 and 4 really balance action and comedy the best out of the parts.[/QUOTE] The stand user of the week format is used best when literally every fight is a knock down drag out battle for survival rather than Jotaro showing up at the last minute, punching them, saying yare yare daze, and then Walk Like an Egyptian it also helps if the fights are resolved in a new and interesting way or by someone different than last time
