Lisa Lisa did almost every day. Hell, he barely used it in the 80's during SC.

Having Alessi make Joseph young again in Part 3 was one of the most obvious, coolest chances that Araki entirely missed.

Basically there is no real good reason why he's old. Even if he stopped using Hamon, he should have still been in good shape in 99

My only issue is despite him being the protagonsit almost every episode of Stardust is about Polnareff or Old Joseph, fun characters in their own right but Jotaro semed like a support there too. Personally though I have such a soft spot for the 80's style badass, the whole clint eastwood / kenshiro thing was really doin' it for me

There's the part where all the Jojos are gathered in front of Heaven Dio or whatever, he gets punched by fucking [I]Gold Experience Requiem and Tusk 4[/I] and nothing happens, while Star Platinum, for whatever reason, at least gets a hit in that actually causes some sort of damage.[/sp] I don't think he's a bad Jojo, but when things revolve around him in his part 3 form, any important fight just ends with him punching his opponent and... that's kinda it
