[QUOTE=Gimme20dollaz;51809049]I remember seeing a video of a con where the dub of Part 3 was shown, and as soon as Polnareff did this pose, everyone started cheering.

Gotta appreciate how that sounds like the Cromartie dub :v:

I wouldn't say it's that good, but it's pretty hard to stand up to the Cromartie dub.
It's funny because I'm reading Jojolion, but also rereading Stardust Crusaders as the hardbacks come out, so I end up getting art whiplash when switch between the two.
Apart from early part 4 to late part 4 you don't [I]really[/I] notice Araki's style shifting because it's so gradual.
I'm reading part 5 right now.
This was a good decision. I wasn't going to bother reading the mangas originally but I'm loving it.

I'd say that Cromartie, PSG, FLCL and DRagon Ball are some series that have far better dubs than original japanese.
Speaking of i actually ironically love the part 1 and 2 dubs, down to how goofy they are.
I can't help but share this thing I made that I'm really proud of.

Based on this work, which is one of my favorites from part 4:

Cowboy Bebop and Space Dandy are two good dubs as well. Of course I'm a pleb who almost exclusively watches dubs so my judgement is not to be trusted.

I really enjoy how they decided to go goofier with the accents, like Suzi Q's Italian. I quite like Dio, Speedwagon, and Joseph's voices.
The Part 3 dub sounds nice so far but I miss the exaggerated voices.

I've got Rohan at The Louvre next to Parts 1&2 and past the cover they're like two different series.

Hot damn, I didn't know he did those "Oras" in real time.
I thought that shit was sped up and added in post.
Does the Expanded stuff ever explain how[sp]Terunosuke was turned into a book specifically? Like I know that you could ask the same reason why Angelo turned into a living statue (somehow), but it just popped into my head while rewatching some jojo clips[/sp]

P4:
[sp]Crazy Diamond is able to fuse objects and/or people into each other when it "fixes" them and it is shown that Josuke does have some kind of control on how something is fixed. The reason why Terunosuke and Angelo seem to still be/stay alive is beyond me.[/sp]v:v:v
[editline]13th February 2017[/editline]
[sp]Terunosuke's fate is similar to what his power does to people, so it's kind of Josuke's way of revenge for turning him and the others into paper.[/sp]

I completely forgot he was able to do that, and the fact it happened so early on in P4.
He only does it like 2 or 3 times throughout DiU so it is pretty easy to forget sometimes.

I think it's also because that, when he does it, it's usually to assist himself. The main this is usually enough on it's own it seems
My Jotaro v3 SAS came in the mail today, and I have to say it feels like a more solid figure than my Polnareff figure.

Gonna get Star Plat green in the future.
the most accurate design for the live action actors so far
[t]http://puu.sh/u3nap/9f50ce74ad.jpg[/t]
I've gotta say, I've actually liked pretty much all the live action designs so far.
And I mean, honestly, how accurate are you gonna get with Koichi no matter what.
Josuke is super accurate too, he just usually doesn't have his coat unbuttoned like he has it in the poster.
here's another picture that includes okuyasu, who is very accurate as well

the main thing that bothers me (and a lot of other people) about josuke is that his coat's white on the inside normally, but the movie version has it all one color

Where are his face lines.

Wow, I actually expected Okuyasu to be the most disappointing, but somehow he looks great?
[editline]14th February 2017[/editline]
He's not gonna have the chainsmoker voice though, is he.
Whatchu you talking about? Okuyasu's voice was probably one of the best parts of part 4.
It fits a lot with he's personality.

That's why I'd be disappointed if he doesn't have it in the movie.
I know he probably won't, since a lot of actors probably can't pull that same voice off, especially while actually acting.
