Why is Ollie so fucking moody these days. Flash has a bit of charm and humour. But now when Ollie smiles or makes a joke I think the whole universe is gonna collapse because he's usually fucking brooding these days.

season 2 is great but the flash crossover is cringeworthy beyond shit the chemistry of the characters and just the style of the characters doesn't make any sense it's so uncanny and awful, and feels massively shoehorned. it's like watching a character from a bad comedy being inserted into Nolan's batman. I can tell the shows producers were probably forced to do this. but, amazing show, absolutely amazing.

idk i still enjoyed it arrow's side of the crossover felt a bit more awkward than flash's, though

Writers, producers, directors, all the same. The second Flash was created it was intended to regularly cross-over with Arrow so it was a choice, not forced. It also seemed like they dialled it up to 10 in the crossover episode considering the entire Arrow ep he seemed like he was tired of the Flash teams shit. Reverse Flash and Zoom.. Or are they the same character, either way the answer is yes

Reverse Flash is more of a theme for characters than a single character so that's why no one knows who he is in the show, even big comic fans. He was a professor at Jays university.[/sp] Professor Zoom, [sp]who's from the 25th century and is a huge fanboy of the Flash and gets surgery to look like him etc. He finds out he's destined to become the Flash's enemy and starts to go crazy over it. Because of his ability to time travel he decides to fuck with Barry through out his life, like killing his childhood best friend, but never being able to kill him as it would cause a paradox and stop himself from doing anything he did. His name is Eobard Thawne and at the moment he seems most likely for one of the shows Reverse Flash and Eddie Thawne is somehow related to him[/sp] Zoom, [sp] was Wally Wests good friend Hunter Zolomon who ended up getting paralysed in an attack by Gorrilla Grodd. He asked Wally to use the cosmic treadmill to fix it but Wally said no because paradoxes and shit. Instead, he broke into the Flash museum, and tried to use the treadmill, even though he was paralysed and had no connection to the speed force. Shit explodes and now he's able to control his own timeline, meaning he could manipulate time as opposed to super-speed but pretty much doing the same thing. Zoom then realised that Wally had had no personal trauma like Barry did and as such went on to fuck with his wife and kids so as to make him a "real" hero. To me this kinda sounds like the direction they're taking Wells in but again, that's just pure speculation.[/sp] Inertia[sp] A clone of Bart Allen, Barry's grandson and Impulse. I won't bother going into much detail on him since it's pretty unlikely to be him.[/sp] Reverse Flash[sp] If they go for this one it'll be strange. Daniel West is Iris' brother who when they were kids accidentally cripples their father, who's abusive which doesn't really fit show Joe, and Iris ends up hating him. He wants to go back in time and kill their father before he cripples her meaning that Iris won't hate him. He got his powers due to some bullshittery which involved the Rogues getting powers.[/sp] Comic books everyone. And remember the show will most definitely be twisting things around so none of this info may be true. Hell I've heard theories that the shows Reverse Flash [sp]Could be Barry from an alternate timeline were Ollie never visited Central City and as such Barry ended up stuck in rage mode and that's why the Reverse Flash in show has glowing red eyes. He finds out Barry from another timeline didn't get fucked over like him and ends up trying to destroy his life[/sp]

I really do want to watch the Flash in any case, probably an amazing show if only it were on netflix

Pre-New52 he break danced, produced sound based shock waves and was called Paco. In New52 he doesn't break dance, is constantly vibrating in and out of sync with reality and as such can locate others from other realities and disrupt their connection to that reality, including the Speed Force and can still produce shock waves. His name was also changed to Cisco[/sp]

Especially when in fights he's somehow not superfast for the moment of a fist thrown at him so he can get hit and we get the illusion of stakes. I mean he's pretty much the most powerful being in the universe and they barely deal with the drama in that.

Also he's only starting to become a hero, it wouldn't make any sense for him to have enough experience to stomp everybody. I imagine they'll deal with the drama of how powerful he is later into the season when Dr. Wells reveals what he's done in the future or something to similar extent. Is Arrow and Flash linked to the Batman vs Superman movie at all?

They didn't exclude a possibility of Crisis on Infinity Earths crossover though, [sp]and Flash with the whole red skies thing makes it quite a high possibility[/sp], which might include various tv and movie continuities (like new Batman and TDK trilogy) instead of golden and bronze age Earths.

Wish they were connected, the movie choice for Flash is horrible
