Wells was adamant about Reverse Flash having regeneration (see the whole force field sequence), but he doesn't have any himself. However, the final scene in that electricity guy episode may explain how he intends to get it. With the tachyon mcguffin he gave the suit super-speed, at least that's what I gathered from it.[/sp]

If you look at the final scene of him in the Zoom Room of Doom, you can see his injuries healing Wolverine-style[/sp]

[sp]I was gonna say that Reverse Flash is future Wells but that wouldn't make sense since he should have known that Ronnie was going to attack him then, unless he did know and just let himself get hit. I thought that the tachyon machine would then infuse the suit with Time Travel abilities as well as Wells' speedster powers. Then he would go back in time, get the machine, beat the shit out of himself then put the machine somewhere past Wells could get it, creating self-fulfilling cycle.[/sp]

You tried to justify it with "he's simply not experienced enough" when that's no excuse. There's good usage of Flash's speed and weaknesses (like in episode 1 where Barry [sp]gets to the farm after the hurricane already started and is forced to stop it[/sp] or in 4 where [sp]Barry gets hit by the cryo gun while saving someone else/can't outrun the blast itself[/sp]), and then there's pretending he isn't fast enough to dodge a regular punch even though it's established he should be more than capable

holy fuck shit this episode, why did they do this to us. [sp]One of the most popular and obvious theories has been kind of confrimed.[/sp] [editline]10th December 2014[/editline] I cannot express the amount of "holy fucking shit" that's going on through my head right now. Worst part - next episode is ON JANUARY [B]20[/B]. [sp]Main theory is, Eddie Thawne is the Reverse Flash(mainly because of the name and the fact that Reverse-Flash didn't kill OR hurt him), and that Wells is Zoom. However, he wants to let Barry live up until the Final Crisis as stated in the newspaper from first and 9th(I think) episode where it says 'Flash disappears' and '*forgot the name of the army force* is retreating', which IS the Final Crisis iirc. He may have beaten himself up to throw everyone off and make Joe break the barrier to let him free. The fact that Wells has charged the suit with the tachyon particle device to change the colour of it from the complete black to yellow/black is quite interesting - it suggests that the suit is not similar to Flash'es, it's made out of Speed Force as artcile says it was in the comics. He has used the ring to open the door, and in New 52(as well as Flashpoint Paradox) the ring is worn by Flash to suit himself up in his costume at any time(the whole suit is in that bloody thing).[/sp] My head will explode, this time-travel-driven storyline is getting more and more interesting, confusing, intriguing and epic at the same time.

[sp]I'm thinking that Wells might actually be Eddie's descendant and didn't harm in the off chance that it would somehow mess with him eventually being born. Lets say Eddie and Iris bang when Eddie got back and knocked her up, if Wells had hurt him the chance of that banging might have decreased or increased. Welp, gotta say I liked that more than Flash's mid-season finale. I think Flash is more consistent in quality this season while Arrow is better at building up hype. [sp]I expected Ollie to get his ass kicked but not that hard. Maseo being alive was really surprising as well[/sp](Comic Spoilers)[sp]considering I though Tatsu would be Katana. there are currently 2 theories on who wells and reverse flash are. [sp]wells is actually hunter zoloman, also known as zoom, who has come back in time in order to make the flash better and stronger so final crisis doesn't happen, or maybe he's come so final crisis DOES happen, because without the flash, the speed force dos not exist and neither does professor zoom[/sp] or [sp]wells is actually eobard thawne, a descendant of eddie thawne, aka professor zoom, who came back in time in order to fuck around with the flash.[/sp]

Arrow Vs Flash just aired here in the UK. I liked: Almost all of it, especially [sp]The humour even though it didn't feel very in character for Diggle to be all defensive and dense. It's nice for The Arrow to be in a story which isn't so gloomy and brooding.[/sp] I didn't like [sp]how the villain was caught off camera. That was lazy writing straight up. Yes Olly VS Barry is the main event of the episode, but that doesn't mean you just toss everything else out the window. It was disappointing[/sp] Good fun that.
