I didn't even know he was in the same universe as them. [editline]5th September 2015[/editline] Was that Dum Dum Dugan I saw? :v:
holy shit that's the villain from Paul Blart 2

[editline]5th September 2015[/editline] Was that Dum Dum Dugan I saw? :v:
He wasn't, technically, but they decided to bring him in for an episode in season 4, thus making Constantine and Arrow/Flash share the same universe.
Is it me or is the audio quality from the trailer really shitty? Damien sounds like he is using a 5 year old microphone while talking through skype. Also the SFX are either too loud or too low and they sound like they have a really low bitrate. Edit: another thing bothered me is when Felicity said "You both almost got yourselves killed because you didn't have each others backs". I swear, I have heard that line like 5 times throughout this show.
He wasn't, technically, but they decided to bring him in for an episode in season 4, thus making Constantine and Arrow/Flash share the same universe.
I wonder how much that cost them. Or how hard it was to work out the rights.
I wonder how much that cost them. Or how hard it was to work out the rights.
Probably not very, considering Constantine has been cancelled and both CBS and CW are owned by Warner Bros, which itself owns DC. [editline]5th September 2015[/editline] I'm just super curious how they'll handle Chas/Zed/Manny, if they even give any attention to the fact that John has friends who probably aren't going to show up.
I'd just really really like it if Constantine got picked up again
I'd just really really like it if Constantine got picked up again
would you say it's worth watching?
would you say it's worth watching?
There's about 13 episodes of real crazy and awesome stuff, the guy that plays constantine suits the role really well so it's worth watching just for him but yeah, the rest of it is pretty awesome too but if you're willing to watch all the episode knowing that the show has been canned then i'd definitely recommend watching it
Damn sounds like firefly syndrome, fuck it I'll watch em :)
I wouldn't be surprised if part of the reason the show had low enough ratings/such a small amount of viewers is because a lot of people were super pissed about them saying that they didn't have any plans to touch on John being bisexual, because it was only brought up a handful of times in the entirety of the comics.(I remember someone saying something along the lines of 'maybe after a few seasons, we'll start an episode with him waking up in bed with another man, but until then...') Granted, I would have loved if they gave it any attention, but I really liked the show even without it.
it's kind of annoying that they're bringing him into the cw universe, like only bring him into an Arrow episode if you're going to bring the show back, don't tease us with him on one episode then we'll never see him again
Maybe they are trying to push him out there a little more to garner more interest for the show? I mean hell, just seeing him in that promo has made me interested Is it still in that show-limbo where another network could pick it up?

I mean hell, just seeing him in that promo has made me interested Is it still in that show-limbo where another network could pick it up?
To quote Wikipedia:
On May 8, 2015, NBC declined to renew the series for a second season, prompting Warner Bros. Television to shop the series around in an attempt to get it picked up by another network.[31] A month later, Cerone revealed that the cast and crew were released from their contracts after Warner Bros. Television had "tried to find a new home for the show... but those efforts didn’t pan out", and stated "that the show is over." On the many fans who voiced their support for the series in attempting to get it renewed, Cerone said, "we’re leaving behind wild and passionate fans who believe in and were moved by what we tried to do. To leave such a significant, dedicated and active fan base on the table — that’s the real sadness. You all deserve many years of the series we set out to make, and we’re disappointed that we couldn’t deliver that to you."[32]
[editline]11th September 2015[/editline] :saddowns:

I have to say that one of the reasons I can't wait for more Flash and Legends of Tommorow episodes is because I want to see more synopsis!
would you say it's worth watching?
I didn't think so, no. It came off as really half-baked and relied way too much on the magic gizmos, contrast to Supernatural which at least had a consistent, internal logic that made sense. Like in Constantine it was like "How do we defeat this demon?" And it was always "Well with this random amulet I pulled out of my ass, of course."
Supernatural which at least had a consistent, internal logic that made sense.
Not really. Supernatural might seem like it's got consistent internal logic, but when you look back at it there's a lot of dumb shit. There was another big list I saw a while back of all kinds of issues they had with internal logic throughout the show, but I think that reddit link covers a lot of the same bases.
I have to point out that I haven't really watched past season 3 yet in Supernatural and all I saw up to that point made sense. I'm told it began falling apart once angels got involved.

It looks like Barry won't get his white emblem until a few episodes after the premiere since he is wearing the original suit for the majority of the trailer.
craaaaaaaaaaaaawling in my skiiiiiiiiiin Anybody watching Vixen?
craaaaaaaaaaaaawling in my skiiiiiiiiiin Anybody watching Vixen?
Wasn't even aware it started.
I really want to hope season 4 wont be more of 3. What made 3 even worse was how amazing Flash was by comparison. I don't want that to be true but it really is ):

I also hope for nowhere near as much Felicity Face. Most of my issues with season 3, I think, were centered around how much they focused on the romance amongst all the actually interesting shit. I'm also still keeping my fingers crossed for sarcastic Oliver, like the new showrunner said she'd give us when she took over, but that trailer doesn't seem to give any indication of that.
Here's why we didn't get Booster or Ted in the Arrowverse, although the show runner seems to be heading the project BOOSTER GOLD AND BLUE BEETLE FILM IN DEVELOPMENT
Booster Gold and Blue Beetle, two DC Comics superheros that have long been rumored to appear in either an upcoming film or TV show, are now being groomed for a team-up feature from Warner Bros. Sources exclusive to The Tracking Board can now confirm that Greg Berlanti, the force behind the successful DC comics TV series Arrow and The Flash, will be heavily involved with this one, set to direct and executive produce. Sarah Schechter will also executive produce, while Julia Spiro will oversee for the studio. In a massively different approach from Warner’s current slate, the film will team the two heroes together in what’s being pitched as a superhero buddy cop movie. Comedy is the emphasis here, which is a stark contrast to the other titles in DC’s Cinematic Universe, breaking the mold of the uber serious and grounded Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. UPDATED: Our buddies over at Heroic Hollywood now report that Zak Penn is being courted to leave Marvel’s camp for DC’s playpen, circling to script the Blue Beetle/Booster Gold team-up film. I dunno. I kinda prefer it to be on a TV show, so we can have 'the recurring adventures of Booster and Beetle'.
