DC Television Megathread - The House That The Arrow Built - Film, Television and Music

Last night's ep. or Arrow left me with a positive feeling towards [sp]Canary 3.0[/sp] which has left me on edge. I feel like they are either going to do a decent job this time around or completely screw her over again like the last two. Also the rabid fangirls who think Felicity should be the new Canary make my soul hurt. I see them in the comments of clips from the show on Youtube etc. and it's incredibly cringy.

Bonus points if they make her THE Canary, aka if she gets dirty with Oliver, and the olicitards get mad. And I just can't stand Felicity anymore. Even her clothing choices make me rage. The day that flimsy whiny blonde becomes Canary is the day the show dies.

Really think felicity needs a break from the show tbh

I'm fine with Felicity in small doses, personally. As long as they keep her as a support and not a main character I'm okay with it. I really hope their talk of fate on the show means that they're trying to fix the problems the show had before and do Black Canary justice this time. Have Oliver and her actually form a meaningful relationship and eventually get married like in the comics with the whole Justice League present.

I'd like to produce a long rant about Gotham, but 1) I stopped watching it around the halfpoint of the first season, so I wouldn't have any right to do so 2) I'm not even sure anyone actually cares about Gotham at this point, here and elsewhere alike, so I don't see the point

I forgot to mention sooner, but I'm amazed at how they didn't think that was a trap in last week's Supergirl. Gunmen protecting ONE IMPORTANT GUY?! WHAT THE FUCK. They didn't even have krypto bullets or anything, how did you not see it!?

I only watch supergirl because shes adorable. Otherwise it's turned into a standard romantic drama with constant side reminders of the struggles of being gay. Also they make John into a bitch

Love that design for Savitar. Really fucking awesome imo. Didn't really notice how cool it was until this episode.

I kinda like Scimitar now. He has more of a personality other than GRRR I'M A SUPER SPEEDING MONSTER. Liked how he's pushing Barry's buttons.
