You can always import all the other seasons on DVD, they're definitely worth it. It just gets better after season 1.
The best two episodes are "The Nightman Cometh" and "Sweet Dee has a Heart Attack". That is the episode that features Pepe Silvia and that one song from the Eighties. Dae Bow-Bow. I came in this section to see if there was an Always Sunny thread and if there wasn't I was going to make one.

I wasn't such a big fan of the 5th season as some of it was too farce. Seems to be going down road similar to Family Guy.
But I hadn't laughed so hard since the scene were Frank, Dee, and Mac try to get their tickets out of the fumigated apartment. From the very beginning when Frank lifted up the tent and started hacking everywhere I knew only good things could happen.

Everyone who loves this show needs to get the Christmas special, it was fucking hilarious.
It's called A Very Sunny Christmas, I got it on iTunes for like 10 bucks or something but it's entirely worth it.
