So far, I think they all look really good. Though, there's an awfully small amount of Decepticons, so I hope some of them are secret.

The toyline also has the stegosaurus Snarl, but it's still possible that might not carry over to the movie.

I really wouldn't get worked up about how each Transformer is presented. If you enjoyed the previous movies you didn't care/noticed that most of the characters are paper thin. So if they are gonna fuck them up again it won't be a surprise. But hey boom boom and quick cuts with slow motion.
Drift looks pretty damn cool. His face really reminds me of Wreck-Gar and the other Junkion bots from the 1986 movie.
Not really a fan (yet) of how the Dinobots look. But then again that's probably just because i'm so partial to their look in Fall of Cybertron.
And not liking Hound. As many others have pointed out, he seems too much like Iron Hide 2.0.
