My guess is [sp]it's another weird creature on Lockdown's ship. We saw an Alien Swarm Parasite-like creature before that spits on Hound, he has those weird organic/Cybertronian Wolves, and those other robots behind him on top of his ship. So this could be another creature captured on another planet.[/sp]

Apparently the hotel was also mad for not being the ones to show the premeire of the film. Now they are just complaining that "it's ruining our rep", and worst case scenario that they might sue Bay or do something completely stupid. What a fit. :v:

Okay so the Hong Kong premier happened, and other people got to se the movie too due to advanced screenings. People have been saying positive things about it, but gave us some info about the movie itself.

Welp, I think I'm gonna stay out of this thread for a while.
Reviews have started popping up! So far so good, this movie has fixed a lot of things. There is a lot of bot characterization and bot screen time. There isn't any crude humor anymore and the pacing is alright. The only main complaint they have is that it's too long. But overall, this movie seems to be the best in the franchise.

I've not seen AoE yet
but I caught DOTM on TV a few months ago and the Chicago battle really wasn't anything crazy until the skyscraper and when Optimus finally kills Sentinel
The music and dialogue were cheesy as shit, and the cg was getting blurry (may have been the TV or just the downsizing aspect that caused this)
Still, I have hopes for AoE.

Overall though, from all the reviews I've read it seems that this film:
+has great robot personalities represented
+a lot of robot screentime
+good cast
+apparently, a really good first half of the movie involving Optimus
+lockdown is fucking badass
-bad human made transformers (weak)
-bad representation of Galvatron (but it's just set up for the next movie)
-Dinobots don't get represented well nor show any personalities [sp]and they don't talk[/sp]
-long movie
I guess if you want a summer movie with Bayhem and Transformers, it'll be good. I'm currently seeing it Thursday at 9 so I'll let you guys know my personal opinions on the film.
