Got to part 4 of JoJo. The new art style is strange and unexpected, it looks like I remember the 90s being, but I know the 90s wasn't actually like that. The stands are pretty inventive right out of the gate too, which is nice. I'm not regretting this decision to finally look into JoJo.

The latest arc is really good imo, compared to the beginning anyway.
Started watching Drifters and I want to like it. I get the feeling I'd enjoy it more if all the history references and jokes didn't fly over my head, though.

I remember watching an episode of this show a while back and liking it a lot, but the funniest part is that I can't remember where, when, or how I watched it.
I saw a box set for it at a video store in my local mall too, for like, $6.00.

DBS honestly isnt that bad. If you've seen the first two movies you can skip the first two arcs though because theyre just retellings of them with worse quality. The arc that just ended (the black arc? i guess) was actually pretty solid for the most part with some hiccups. I liked it a lot, there was a lot of really interesting stuff done that got me excited for dragonball again.
