Chaika was good tho. Maybe bit rushed ending (due to financial or time issues), but enjoyed it nevertheless. [editline]9th August 2017[/editline] I would watch more Chaika like series any day. The Grimoire of Zero was kinda similar, but it was short and had a bit meh ending. When do we get our next gritty fantasy anime? Something like Grimgar, Chaika, Berserk (not the new one) etc.

The concept of the ending is great, it just needed a few more episodes.

The early episodes were pretty boring for me and I nearly dropped the show because I couldn't stand it (I knew of JoJo but I didn't know WHAT JoJo entailed. I also don't read manga)

The best part of Part 1 is the first few episodes during Jonathan and Dio's childhood [editline]10th August 2017[/editline] The Hamon shit is completely forgettable. The vampire mobs were a snore, Tarkus and Bruford were a snore , Dio is good and had some great moments but didn't really strike something as interesting as the first few episodes. The ending was really good.
