Does RedLetterMedia do anime?
I'd be surprised if they did.
I'd be surprised if they did.
If they got a cast member who specializes in anime, they'd become the new Rich Evans, and the current Rich Evans would ascend one rank higher
Amuro is a god damn monster and I always look forward to his next appearance to see what crazy fucking shit he does. He MADE the original series for me personally. Seeing him go from some scared kid to an ice cold motherfucker who'll kill people in his sleep is equal parts scary and hilarious.
Boy you are going to LOVE Uso Ewin.
[sp]As everyone should[/sp]
kakegurui just doesn't stop being entertaining

i'm still cautiously excited for this anime. code realize had a pretty goo story but otome anime's have very questionable quality usually
the preview didn't look bad at least
Did Re:Creators actually forget about Chikujouin in the final episode?
So, kumo WN [sp]Past arc is over, think this next arc is gonna be the final arc?[/sp]
Man I'm really miffed about isekai shokudou, all in all it's a really nice anime, but to make a food analogy, it's like a cake made only of icing.
Princess Principal 11 was weird, [sp]weren't they supposed to assassinate Princess? Was it a plan to test Ange's loyalty?[/sp]
[Sp]They think Princess is Ange, that she assassinated her, and lied to the soldiers who still think she's the actual princess when she's supposed to be Ange, which was part of the plan to make Ange, a spy, the queen. Except Ange is the actual real princess and Princess is the fake princess, so Princess is still pretending to be the real princess, except she's trying even harder now.[/sp]
Nana Maru San Batsu ended up being one of the most consistently enjoyable if not best shows this season, which was a lot more than I expected for a show about quiz bowl.

Just sharing my abomination to the AMV culture
Well there's NTR finished. Even yuri can't save that abhorrent fetish. [sp]At least they got the proper yuri end though, I'd have been pissed if they just left it ambiguous.[/sp]
Did you ever want Legend of the Galactic Heroes, but 12 episodes long and with terrible ship and character designs? Then this is for you.

The ship looks fine to me. But the characters on the other hand, Well I was getting my hopes up until that happened.
I'm looking for an old anime about 2 girls who get sucked into a book. Inside the book, the main girl befriends some guys and they travel together. Then the other girl reveals that she is now evil and slowly kills her friends off.

Sounds like Fushigi Yuugi to me.
Kumo WN [sp]Welp we finally got to see what was contained within taboo, and it's worse than I thought, no wonder kumo-chan freaked out so hard when she maxed it.[/sp]
I'm glad the last episode of Made in Abyss is going to be an hour long cause I don't think the finale would be good enough in only 22 minutes.

weren't the taboo pretty much already known? just not explicitly stated in the story.

It was only ever really hinted at, [sp]in ss30 it show that it's a full out menu with what seems to be several running logs of everything going on, and it looks like the menu can't be dismissed at all so it's always hanging over you.[/sp]
Vatican Miracle Examiners was a hell of a ride. The only real flaw was that it blew its load in the first arc and couldn't quite one-up [sp]cryogenically frozen Hitler[/sp] in sheer ridiculousness, although it certainly tried.
Just watched Made in Abyss episode 10 and 11. [sp]Shit got real way too fast, I almost figured Riko would die and Reg would carry her body to that big cube thing for her to be born again. Wouldve been a cool plot though[/sp]
Bakugo continues to be the worst my hero academia character. Contrary to his off-screen presentation as one of the smartest in the class he immediately works his hardest to fuck up the exam for himself and Deku. I see a lot of people praising his "development" but they must be reading a different manga to me [sp]considering he practically disappears from the story after the next arc. Eagerly awaiting those future arcs where his screen time gets massively cut the fuck down and we focus on other characters instead.[/sp]

he's an obvious example of emotion overpowers logic, he's shown he's smart but when it comes to Deku he gets so wrapped into his feelings it fucks him over
characters don't need good traits to be good characters
on that note, only character i can really complain about in bnha was Mineta and [sp] even he came around recently. [/sp]

As much as I like dub good for bnha, Mineta's voice is horrible.
I finally came around to watch Little Witch Academia (the TV series) after watching the previous two OVAs.
I don't like to watch anime often, but I went in hoping for an entertaining series with superb animation and a cast of quirky characters, and I must say I got what I asked for. Moreso, they managed to expand the premise and setting of the two OVAs very well. Hell, I liked Academia far better than TRIGGER's previous big series, Kill la Kill.
The only thing that annoyed me to some degree is that the tone and focus of the series were really all over the bloody place.
The first 13-14 episodes or so are about the slice-of-life adventures of Akko and her friends. In my opinion, this is the best part of the series (and the most entertaining) and the one fitting the characters and the setting the most. There are small hints about a more serious, all-encompassing plot, however.
BUT WAIT! Halfway through the series becomes more serious and the heroine is given a serious quest in order to achieve her life dream.
BUT WAIT! As the heroine completes the necessary steps to achieve her goal, the episodes return to a more light-hearted, slice of life series' atmospheres.
BUT WAIT! The villain and final threat are finally revealed, a dark, Madoka-esque secret about the heroine's mentor is revealed and the final confrontation draws near.
And then there's the optimistic finale.
Yeah, I didn't particularly like the shift. It doesn't help that the main villain, while admittedly complex as a character, really doesn't fit with the setting at all (even with the previous emphasis on the magic vs. technology conflict) and the plot of the second half of the series really keeps going because Ursula/Chariot has very poor communication skills and poor common sense ([sp]while I can understand Chariot not wanting to reveal her past to Akko out of sheer shame, Ursula/Chariot not bothering to inform the students and the staff that yeah, Croix really is a sociopathic mad scientist whose ultimate goal is to sap magic out of living being to access a reality-warping spell really felt like very contrived to me[/sp]). The show's climax was also questionable, to some degree, and was the worst part of the show for me.
I'd really like to discuss this, because I'm genuinely curious if others felt the same.
Also, but it goes without saying at this point, Sucy is hands down the best character, but Amanda is the only true waifu material from the show, am I right?
... AM I RIGHT?

sucy was good in the OVA, not as good in the anime
