There is a reason why Overlord is getting another season, it's because the LN is extremely popular. Has nothing to do with the success of the previous season. The LN is actually really good, but man does the anime not do it justice. Also, the reason this is happening now is because the latest book of the LN just released and it's doing really well. Most of the dialog is within character's heads and the comedy and tension comes from complete misunderstandings and you sit there and wait curiously to see every character's (completely irrational) reactions. There is not a lot of battle sequences and the few that there are have an immense build up that are supposed to make them feel gratifying. The anime just feels terrible at this, it doesn't really brood an atmosphere at all, which is almost necessary to make the Overlord either funny or tense when crossing the mediums.

Mappa is A-1 in disguise. What even was that final episode to virgin soul? Made in Abyss's ending though, amazing. Didn't really watch much this season. So what aired that was stellar?

The tournament arc is probably my least favourite BNHA arc but overall S2 was very good. Incredibly excited for S3 because some of the hypest shit is coming up.

ho man that final episode of Symphogear AXZ is fucking amazing, defently makes up for the letdown that was ep12 [sp]the songs were amazing, it was mainly a biki episode, given that we get normal biki, rainbow biki, golden biki and then finally birthday biki rainbow biki using all the symphogeah powers golding biki doing what she does best, punching shit into dess and birthday biki been as cute as ever also explaing why biki could absorb the god power and become godbiki, was due to her getting hit by the miku beam in G, which cleansed her and miku of sin[/sp] and the episode ends with a "to be continued" instead of a "the end" like the other seasons. which is no surprise given that there's a season 5 also, tomatos [t]https://i.imgur.com/q9IgaBm.png[/t]

Rage of bahamut s2 was twice as long as s1 but half as much happened, I could never even figure out what everyones goal was during the majority of the show. Really disappointed.

I watched index so long ago I literally can't get excited for it anymore, any passion I may have once had for it has bled out years ago, which is a shame, I really liked it back then. Also, I never watched season 2, so that's part of the problem.
