Yeah, Thanks crunchyroll. I pay for your service and still I'm not safe from "MUH REGIONAL LICENSE"
You don't want to watch it on CR anyways, do to licensing issues they had to remove one of the best scenes from the show because of the music in it.

Which scene? I doubt katyusha's licensed and I can't remember any other musical bits.

It is exactly that. They replaced it with Polyushko-Pole.

Who even owns katyusha, I thought it was folk music?
Who even owns katyusha, I thought it was folk music?
There are various parties who hold the rights in different countries around the world, so outside a few places the music can't be played because they don't have permission from the rights holders in these places.

No, CR just removed the scene entirely when I watched it. Didn't even know about it till I saw youtube videos about it.
In the dub they replaced it with the Tetris theme, which ruins the entire reason for calling her Katyusha.
Yeah, they didn't replace it in the subbed versions, but the dubs got replaced.
kimi no na wa was really good and pretty and fun
i'm glad that there was limited exhibition of it in brazilian theaters, couldn't see myself enjoying it as much if i'd just watched it at home
Tokyo Ghoul:re 146
I was kinda hoping these last 2 chapters were a joke
this series really has gone deep into cocaine addition induced mental hospital territory
and it's not coming back anytime soon lmao, or ever for that matter
Good thing I didn't believe you and didn't start reading it again (forgive me, nothing personal against you)
It really puzzles me. Tokyo Ghoul was a pretty decent manga. It wasn't flawless, but it was memorable, interesting, and an enjoyable read with good characters. RE comes along and it's as if someone murdered the author and took it's place. It's fucking unreadable trash and you'll only slog through it if you really enjoyed the first series. Maybe the Author's a sadist and the first series is a trap to get you in.
nah it gets good at like chapter 40-50 and gradually keeps getting better
definitely an... interesting read, and worth the time
it's not like the original manga didn't border on insanity quite a few times
we're just 10 miles under now
I need a second opinion.
I got the CR plugin and can watch the show now. Thanks guys!

what the shit
GnP is timeless
I'm glad the finale is six parts
Helck was a supprisngly good pickup after a slog through searching for something new to read. Never seen it mentioned here. I'm only around chapter 45 but it's got some great gags for what it is.
I fucking love the way Helck is drawn.
any suggestions for shows from the last few seasons?
any suggestions for shows from the last few seasons?
*shouwa genroku
onihei
*boku hero
*Uchouten Kazoku
mob psycho 100
Fune wo Amu
*sequels that came out recently, so obviously watch their 1st seasons first

I enjoyed Kakeguri but not a whole lot of people here share my sentiment. If you don't mind going further back (read: years) there's Hoozuki no Reitetsu and Kekkai Sensen which both have sequels airing this season.

Made in Abyss, LWA. Obligatory JoJo recommendation.
I watched made in abyss, one of the best recent shows
About an hour ago I watched episode 1 of stardust crusaders, the story telling seemed really bad there's no build up it's just crazy from the first couple of minutes, I'll give it another few episodes I found it hard to get into the first series of jojo

Did you start with the beginning Jojo? Jumping right into Stardust isn't a good idea imo even if the powers are different.

Don't skip parts, start with Phantom Blood.
Oh my god The Ancient Magus' Bride is absolutely beautiful

Considering stardust is the third part of JoJo yeah it'll probably seem like theres no build up.
Either Urahara 4 wasn't as bad as the previous episodes or I have become numb to the pain.
You've already gone past the point of no return

It's a shitty romcom with a shitty gimmick that they keep repeating until it's nauseating.
Oh my god The Ancient Magus' Bride is absolutely beautiful
I'm still not sure if I wanna recommend watching the OVA first, or after a few episodes in though, since there's a character that hasn't shown up in the anime yet.

I don't know, maybe it only resonated with me because I would like to be called a disgusting pig by a cute anime girl
