and in future trunks arc she would be something like 60-65.
looking pretty good for that age
really powerful Hibike episode today
really powerful Hibike episode today
Gonna be interesting to see how they resolve the next drama given that they have 2 episodes left.
There is always drama in the last 2-3 episodes of an anime
The DEEN is part of the charm.
Still gonna watch it. :(
I wonder if they're going to do more Hibike or if this will be their last season?
Apparently they're going through two books this season, so they're out of original source material.
There is a spin off novel following Kumiko's middle school friend in that other band though. They might make something out of that.
holy fuck that Flip Flappers episode
flip flappers is a pretty good anime
I kinda figured that was the direction they were gonna go with Flip Flappers as soon as [sp]they started bringing up that character. Didn't expect the ruse though.[/sp]

Holy shit Kimi no Na Wa was fucking fantastic. Made sure to see it in theatres for the full experience. Highly fucking reccomend.
Cineplex apparently aired it for a day on Dec. 2nd and didn't bother telling anyone, so now I gotta wait until its full theatrical release in 2017.

It was surreal in a way with *New Hibike Ep Spoilers* [sp]Kumiko absolutely losing her shit on Asuka.[/sp]
Got sad, got happy, can't wait for next ep.
After 10 weeks Keijo never ceases to surprise and amaze me with the shit it pulls.

What, did it actually become a good show while I wasn't looking?
What, did it actually become a good show while I wasn't looking?
It was never bad tho? Some people are just too serious and boring to enjoy it.

I mean, you probably won't be praising Keijo for it's plot, but it's fun to watch and is true to itself. It illustrates a ridiculous sport and does it well. Every episode been entertaining and series is pretty creative with the stuff it pulls tbh.
Worst part of the newest Keijo [sp]No Miyata :(
Was hoping that Aoba would use the K-Acceleration technique[/sp]
Seitokai Yakuindomo is getting a movie.

I was hoping [sp]she would bust out the vacuum butt cannon but I guess she knows she can't handle it so we get Gurren Lagann instead[/sp]

Bunghole stray doggos continues to be a solid 7/10. Ending is devolving into a generic power-up shonen battle, but it's still fun enough. First arc of the second season was legitimately great though.
And one of the curren't villain's super power is (ep 11 spoilers) [sp]He gets stronger the more money he spends. He even straight up whips out his american express card to charge 500k to his bank account[/sp]

I'm way behind but boy fuck did you just give me a good-ass reason to catch up
finished episode 14 of code geass and was actually caught off guard by a show for once
[sp] did NOT expect him to make that decision so fucking offhandedly, really shows lelouch is gonna throw emotions aside for his greater good [/sp]

Another guy just literally (s2) [sp]summons cthulu[/sp] with his ability.
Bungou Stray Dogs is really close to being a good show. If other characters got development and plot advances on par with Dazai's, the show would be 10/10. Dazai is a fantastic character with really good motivations. However, while the other characters are likable and fun to watch, they aren't incredibly deep. The way the MC's character develops is understandable from a narrative viewpoint, the sheer repetition of it all makes it annoying to see him scene after scene saying the same shit and having the same self-confidence issues.

Got far enough to be able to see that coming, however contrived as it may be I appreciate that [sp]they brought in characters based on Western writers because as somebody who doesn't know Japanese literature at all there's a lot that just goes right over my head[/sp]

Like, combat parts are alright, but anything beyond that is so mind-fuckingly dull, it makes me want to claw my eyes out.
why though
