Finished watching Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou. It really hit me pretty well, recommended to watch.
The Made in Abyss manga? Also Dungeon Meshi if you aren't on that already. I still think Gate (JSDF something something) is worth checking out. Maybe Mushoku Tensei (because it's one of the few isekai with some momentum).
SSR was amazing. I didn't think anything would contest MiA for AOTY for me, but this show was really something else. It's been a really special experience that I'm not going to forget for a long time.
I thought the ending to Inyuyashiki was lazy/rushed. The characters just didn't try enough. If [sp] They decided to fight the astroid earlier, they could've done multiple runs to kill it. If they'd dug themselves into the astroid more before blowing themselves up, rather than stood on the surface, they probably could've got one person in. Hell, they could've tried to get some co-operation in with the government/used their fancy tech and got a few water tanks up there. [/sp] Then again, they could've done a lot of interesting things with the powers they had. It was the sentiment that mattered. A pretty good anime, really. Maybe could've been a classic were it not for the bad cgi.
Yeah Idk Isekai stuff just entertains me. My favorites are the ones that do change things up. Like Konosuba(Watched the anime), Kumo desu ga nani ka, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Mushoku Tensei. I also really liked Grimgar I mostly asked the question because I remembered how much I liked the anime and since the manga is barely updated I wanted something similar. Thanks for all the recommendation. I'll check them all out later.

Kekkai Sensen & Beyond finished and it was great. The stuff from the manga is way better than the stuff they did with S1. Still baffles as to why they went that route instead of making this one the first season. Hope this gets a 3rd season sometime soon
Just because! any good? My friends been raving about it recently
Okay, I'll be honest here: Inuyashiki wasn't as geatvas I expected but I love'd it anyway.

Houseki and Ryokou ending is a shitty Christmas present.
Houseki and Ryokou ending is a shitty Christmas present.
I wouldn't call it a shitty Christmas present. Everything comes to an end, don't be sad it's gone, be glad that it happened.

I'd say Seikaisuru Kado was my favourite this year. I loved everything about it. There's been a lot of extremely good series this time though, so there are a few that come close. I also haven't finished a few great series from the winter season yet, like Houseki no Kuni and Mahoutsukai no Yome. They probably won't beat Kado for me, but they definitely are some of my favourites in general (not just of this year in particular).

Although it bothers me just a little that it tells me I need to remove Miho's panties, for an anime where they were explicitly forbidden from having panty shots.
